This is daily magic for peace.
Today we will breathe loving kindness.
Welcome to the circle.
So today you have what you need with you because the only thing you need is your heart.
I invite you to drop into this moment and consider if you'd like to take a breath with me.
And as always,
I invite you to notice what you are standing,
Sitting,
Or lying on today and see how it feels.
See how it feels today in this moment.
Notice how it is supporting you.
Notice what it is like to let your weight drop.
Notice what it's like to trust.
This thing below you,
This item or piece of furniture or bit of floor or bit of ground that is supporting you.
And as we gather today,
As we slow down and drop into the circle time together,
I remind you that it's not just you and me.
It's everyone who will listen to this episode at any time,
No matter where they are on the planet,
No matter when they listen.
I suppose even if they listen in the International Space Station,
Which is not exactly on the planet,
They'll be part of the circle.
We always want to remember the above as we remember the below.
And I always think of the International Space Station when I think of the above.
It just happens.
So we are here together in circle.
And our intention for today is to send loving kindness to the world,
To breathe loving kindness.
So I invite you again to notice your foundation,
Feel down maybe a little more deeply into the earth beneath you.
Feel down through what you're sitting,
Standing or lying on,
Down through any layers of stories of buildings beneath you,
Until your consciousness finds the earth,
The crust of the earth,
The earth beneath the crust of the earth,
Allowing your consciousness to drop down toward the center of the planet and see how that feels to your body and your heart right now to deepen into the earth.
You might notice your consciousness slowing down.
You might feel a little more heavy.
As you connect with the below.
And you might notice if there's anything you're ready to let go of any worries from the day,
Anybody else's energy.
You can just let it go.
You can let it drip and drop right off of you right down this cord or this route right down into the earth.
And see if you can simultaneously pull up some of that earth energy,
That nurturing earth energy and begin to let it trickle up through your chakras.
Just very gently going going up through your first chakra at the base of your spine into your second chakra at your belly.
Third chakra the solar plexus and your heart and your throat and your third eye,
The crown of your head and above the above the above going up now through the ceiling and up and out of the building you might be in and up balancing bringing you above and below balancing you in between above and below until you find yourself kind of floating in that middle land,
Middle kingdom between earth and heaven.
You can release any cords that are on you that might be attaching you to anything any cords you might be holding any connections you're ready to let go of.
You might imagine a waterfall washing away any yeah like that washing away any energy in your aura that you don't need.
The aura,
Your bubble space that extends two or three feet out around your body.
This is your space just like the space inside your skin is your space the space just outside of your skin is also your space and you can claim it you can clean it taking an actual shower works wonders.
Taking an actual bath,
Swimming in the ocean,
Salt water is very healing and you can also just imagine these things imagine cleansing cleansing and releasing and then finally imagining a very strong boundary around the outside of your aura might be an egg shape might be a sphere but find the edges of it and claim them and set up any kind of protection you might want not like you're scared you have to be protected but just good energy hygiene you know establish your space and from this now hopefully balanced and grounded and clean space let's begin our meditation to breathe loving kindness and I invite you if it feels good to you if it works for you maybe place a hand or your hands on your heart and take a breath and the prayer is may I be safe may I be happy may I be free may I be safe may I be happy may I be free and now bring to mind someone you love someone you don't have complications with somebody you just love this could be a person this could be an animal this could be an ancestor this could be an imaginary friend somebody you really love just uncomplicatedly love and we will say to them may you be safe may you be happy may you be free may you be safe may you be happy may you be free and now extending out think of somebody who you feel kind of neutral about maybe a co-worker or a friend at school acquaintance at school somebody you see when you're out and about in the world just somebody you have neutral feelings for and picture that person very clearly and say to them may you be safe may you be happy be happy may you be free may you be safe may you be happy may you be free and now let's picture somebody who maybe is a little bit more complicated in our life somebody who there might be a little bit more of a complicated relationship with nothing too hard and picture them in your mind's eye and say to them may you be safe may you be happy may you be free may you be safe may you be happy may you be free and now let's turn and hold in our hearts the people in the world who are dealing with war and conflict and the unimaginable right now in Ukraine in Israel in Gaza in other places and we can send to them the same prayer allow your focus to widen as there's so many people in this category unfortunately may you be safe may you be happy may you be free may you be safe may you be happy may you be free and if you'd like you can place your hands again on your heart and know that when we sent these prayers out they came out on our words or in our minds if we just said them in our mind but the intention came from our heart and honor your heart your good beautiful heart that has brought you to this moment where you're offering these sentiments your heart that is capable of feeling pain and fear and anger and also love and compassion and the desire to help the desire for everyone to be safe and be happy and be free and as we wrap up our meditation let's bring it back to that heart so coming back to self may you be safe may you be happy well I should say may I may I be safe may I be happy may I be free and last time may I be safe may I be happy may I be free may I be free may we all remember how strong our hearts are how much we love and how important it is that we are on the planet doing this work right now may it be so so thank you so much for being with us today your presence your energy and your heart make all the difference in healing our world remember to breathe today breathe and expand and I hope you join us again next time please consider inviting a friend
