Peace and abundance,

This is your space to pause,

To soften,

To remember that your worth is not defined by how much you do,

But by who you are.

Let's begin,

Close your eyes if that feels safe,

Allow your body to settle,

Let your breath begin to slow,

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

Again inhale peace,

Exhale what's heavy,

Feel yourself arriving back into your body,

Back into the realm of stillness,

Begin at the top of your head,

Soften your forehead,

Unclench your jaw,

Drop your shoulders,

Allow your spine to lengthen,

Your heart to soften,

Notice your belly expanding,

Your body does not need to perform,

It only needs to feel safe,

Your body does not need to perform,

It only needs to feel safe,

Now,

Imagine you are lying in a sacred garden,

A space tended by ancestors and healers,

The sun warms your skin and a soft breeze carries away your exhaustion,

Let the earth beneath you hold the weight you've been carrying,

You are not lazy,

You are not broken,

You are simply ready to rest,

Repeat silently to yourself,

I am safe to rest,

I am safe to rest,

I am held even when I pause,

I choose softness over striving,

I choose softness over striving,

My nervous system deserves peace,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the room,

Wiggling your fingers,

Rolling your shoulders,

Breathe in life and exhale release,

You are allowed to do less,

You are still enough,

Peace and abundance.
