Peace and abundance.

This is a gentle space for the grief you carry,

Whether known or unnamed.

You don't have to fix or rush it.

You are simply invited to sit with it,

With love.

Allow your breath to settle,

Allow your heart to open.

Inhale gently,

Exhale even more gently.

Bring your awareness to your chest.

What is alive here?

Tightness,

Ache,

Tenderness.

Breathe into that space,

Like offering water to a parched garden.

You may cry or you may not,

Both are sacred.

Imagine a garden within your heart.

Some petals are open,

Some have fallen,

Some seeds lie dormant in the soil of your sorrow.

Grief is not the end of your story,

It is the ground from which renewal grows.

Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself.
