This is a short practice for clarity and anxiety release, featuring a focus on breathing and gentle backing music. Repeat the message as often as needed. In anxious times, it is ever more imperative to take time for seeing experiences as they are and releasing into the presence that you are.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Slowly but naturally.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

There is only this moment.

Breathe out,

There is only this moment.

Breathe in,

You have very little control of the experiences that will greet you or the world today.

Breathe out,

But you do have control over how you meet those experiences.

Breathe in,

You can meet those experiences with fear and panic.

Breathe out,

You can meet those experiences with clarity.

Clarity means seeing the experience as it actually is in this moment.

Clarity does not mean disavowing or ignoring the experience.

Breathe in,

In clarity each experience asks you,

What can you learn from this?

Can you use this for your growth?

Breathe out.

In clarity,

The experience then asks,

How can you be helpful?

How can you be of service?

From there,

Action or inaction can come.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Fear and panic use great mental and energetic resources,

Imagining various fictional experiences.

Fear and panic thus bring fatigue,

Exhaustion.

Breathe in,

Clarity saves these resources so they can be useful.

It is your choice.

You have the strength of the history of time and space behind you.

Breathe in,

Nature yourself is in your heartbeat.

Breathe out,

Control is not freedom,

Freedom is freedom.

Breathe in,

You are not alone.

Breathe out,

And you are enough.

You are,

You are.

Breathe in a little deeper.

Breathe out fully.

Repeat as necessary.
