I feel you.

We are all connected.

Be thankful for the peaceful presence you provide for yourself.

As we are here together in this moment,

Let's be grateful for this breath.

For these heartbeats.

For the body sensations.

For this place within us that carries our power to feel.

Now sit in a comfortable position.

You might find it helpful to close your eyes.

Take a moment of appreciation for all the things that we used to take for granted.

Starting after a deep breath.

And now,

Shift your awareness to the feelings that arise within you.

Notice the sounds that surround you.

It doesn't matter how close or far they are.

It doesn't matter where they're coming from.

Just notice.

Can you feel the silence in all of this?

Can you connect to this?

Can you feel the love within this?

This is my dear the taste of your own self love.

And now feel the breath coming in and out with ease.

Slowly breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

In.

And out.

Place one hand on your heart.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out.

Breathe in joy.

Breathe out.

Breathe in beauty.

Breathe out.

Breathe in strength.

Breathe out.

Breathe in kindness.

Breathe out.

And now whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes and remember you can always come back here for a moment of self appreciation and love.
