Let this 10-minute meditation be a sanctuary for your soul. This lightly guided practice offers a gentle return to stillness through breath, silence, and soft reflection. Repeating the mantra “I am with this breath,” we rest deeply in presence—inviting the body to soften, the heart to open, and the mind to quieten. You’ll be guided into stillness with space to notice: What does stillness look like in my body today? With nothing to do, nowhere to be, you are invited simply to be here—just as you are. The final five minutes offer silent space for you to rest in your own awareness, to listen inwardly, or simply to be. This is a meditation to come home to, again and again. Stillness is your teacher. Peace is already within you. Thank you for listening, Sue xx music- Christopher LLoyd Clarke

Resting in awareness,

The intention of this meditation is to guide the body into stillness and allow the mind to gently settle into the spaciousness of meditation.

Find a quiet space,

Have a blanket,

Cushion,

Bolster,

Eye pillow,

Whatever you need to make yourself comfortable.

Allow the spine to elongate without rigidity,

Just a sense of buoyancy and allow the hands to rest where natural.

Eyes closed or softly lowered,

Bring awareness to the breath,

No need to change it,

Just notice I am with this breath.

The mind wanders gently return to the breath,

I am with this breath,

What does stillness feel like in my body today?

Meditation is a return to self,

Not a retreat.

Meditation is listening,

Not striving.

Meditation is presence,

Not performance.

I am with this breath.

In silence I hear my truth,

I return to the peace within me.

Stillness is my teacher,

Let the breath come and go,

Yourself rest in being,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to be,

Just here.

Allow yourself to stay in this stillness,

Continue your practice for as long as you need.

Sue, what a delightful morning meditation! To celebrate the breath as an entrance to presence and stillness is perfect! I feel so calm, thank you....will return!
