
Resting In Awareness-I Am With This Breath

Let this 10-minute meditation be a sanctuary for your soul. This lightly guided practice offers a gentle return to stillness through breath, silence, and soft reflection. Repeating the mantra “I am with this breath,” we rest deeply in presence—inviting the body to soften, the heart to open, and the mind to quieten. You’ll be guided into stillness with space to notice: What does stillness look like in my body today? With nothing to do, nowhere to be, you are invited simply to be here—just as you are. The final five minutes offer silent space for you to rest in your own awareness, to listen inwardly, or simply to be. This is a meditation to come home to, again and again. Stillness is your teacher.
