An experiential meditation on interdependence and belonging, exploring how this very body is borrowed, from sunlight, from ancestors, from the vastness of the cosmos. Through gentle body awareness and stillness, the practice moves through awe in nature, awe in the cosmos, and the quieter awe found in ordinary breath and heartbeat, tracing warmth from a star ninety-three million miles away, air once breathed by trees, and water once held by rivers and rain. At its core, this is a meditation on connection: an invitation to feel, directly, that separateness was never the whole truth, and that beneath the ache of loneliness sits an older, steadier belonging. It touches gently on what many call connecting to the divine, felt here not as a concept to believe but as an intimacy already present in awareness itself, sometimes recognised simply as love. A tender, unhurried practice for anyone feeling far from themselves, from others, or from the world around them. Thanks so much for being here.
