Guided meditation for relaxation and presence.
Relaxing yourself to sit or lie down in a position that feels comfortable.
Allowing yourself to feel safe,
Secure,
Relaxed.
Taking a moment to get in touch with your physical body and your surroundings.
You can close your eyes and take three deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Relaxing deeply with the out breath.
Letting go of all thoughts and worries and concerns.
Just becoming more present.
As you relax and breathe.
Slowly relax the body part for part.
Close the eyes and we relax the eyes.
Relax the muscles in the face.
Relax the entire head.
Relax your jaw.
Any tension you have between the eyes or in the eye sockets.
Just let everything go,
Let everything relax.
Moving down we relax the shoulders.
The arms.
Relaxing down to our wrists.
And our hands.
And fingers.
We relax our chest.
And our heart.
Letting go of any tension.
Any worries or troubles we feel in our chest.
And also relaxing down into our stomach.
Taking some deep breaths down into our belly to help relax and release it.
Letting our belly know that we are safe.
We are secure.
Nothing,
Nobody is going to harm us.
If we feel safer we can put our hands on our belly.
To just hold our stomach.
Feel the security.
For a few moments we just breathe into the stomach and feel safe and secure.
Relax.
We allow our hands to move down and to rest on our thighs.
Palms facing upwards.
And as we breathe in and out we relax our back.
And our hips.
We relax our legs.
Down to our feet and toes.
And we feel our entire relaxed body sitting here.
And we also allow ourselves to feel a white protective light,
An energy around our body called our aura.
Feel your aura surrounding you,
Protecting you,
Almost like a big egg made of white energetic light.
And feel your energy expanding to the walls of the room.
Completely creating a safe space,
Filled by your presence and your energy alone.
This expansion is effortless,
It's relaxed.
The walls of the room protect you,
Keep you safe.
As you breathe you feel the body expanding as the air flows in through the nose.
The body sinking and relaxing as the air exhales out through the nose.
And as you breathe you feel the air coming out of your body.
Feeling the air flowing in and out through the nose.
Relaxing.
And slowly we feel our belly filling with the white light.
As we breathe and this light becomes more dense,
We know that we are in control of our lives.
That we decide what happens to us.
That we are in power for our choices and our destiny.
That we have the ability to say yes or to say no if that's how we feel.
We know that we can protect ourselves,
That we are strong.
And we know that others are there for us also,
That we're not alone.
We breathe and feel this connection.
Feel our strength and feel the support that's there for us.
We now go into a free meditation.
We drop into our breathing,
Into our relaxation.
The guidance will stop.
Continue breathing and relaxing.
Letting go deeper and deeper and deeper.
And staying in that relaxed state until you feel finished.
