Hi everybody.
Let's get ready for our morning meditation.
Sit at your desks with your feet flat on the floor.
Sitting upright,
Relaxed.
You can place your hands on your thighs,
Palms turned upwards.
And when you're ready,
You can close your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
You feel your body sitting here in the chair.
We take together three deep breaths.
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
In through the nose.
Out.
In through the nose.
And out.
Taking a few moments for ourselves to relax.
We've closed our eyes.
We relax our eyes.
We relax the muscles in our face.
Our forehead,
Our jaw.
We relax our shoulders.
Our arms and hands.
Down to our fingers.
We relax our chest.
Breathing deeply down into the belly.
Relaxing our back.
Moving down,
We relax our hips.
And our legs.
Down to the feet and toes.
And without moving the feet,
We feel the ground beneath us.
And we open up our awareness to feel the space around us.
And lastly,
We feel ourselves breathing inside of this space.
Feel the air flowing in and out through the nose.
Just relax.
Taking three last deep breaths in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Again.
One last breath deep in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
We rub our hands together until they become warm.
Placing our hands and our eyes.
We rub our eyes and our face.
Slowly opening the eyes,
We stretch out.
And we relax our hips.
