Hi and welcome to this beautiful guided meditation returning to nature and harmony.
So find a comfortable position for the body so that might be laying down or seated.
You could either be outdoors or near an open window and let your hands rest easily,
Palms open.
Close your eyes and take a deep slow breath in and exhale slowly and completely.
Feel your body settling into stillness.
The efforts of this day now softening into quiet strength.
Sense the connection between your body and the earth beneath you and feel the ground steady and cool.
Inhale through your nose drawing in fresh calm energy.
Exhale out through your mouth letting go of tension and fatigue.
Do another two rounds like that.
Each breath is a step closer to balance.
Body,
Mind and spirit returning to centre.
Imagine yourself standing at the trailhead of a peaceful forest.
The air is crisp,
The light soft,
Filtered through green leaves.
You begin to walk slowly,
Each step gentle and mindful.
With every inhale you breathe in the scent of the pine,
The earth and fresh air.
With every exhale you release the weight of the day.
You hear the sounds of birds calling,
Leaves rustling and a nearby stream flowing.
These sounds are part of a larger harmony,
Nature's steady rhythm.
Notice how your body feels light,
Your heart steady and your mind calm.
The path winds gently through tall trees,
The sunlight flickers through the branches,
Painting patterns on your skin.
You stop for a moment beside a stream,
The water glimmers flowing effortlessly over smooth stones.
You watch the current steady,
Sure and unhurried.
Let it remind you that life too flows in cycles of effort and ease.
The stream whispers of release.
As you breathe out imagine the water carrying away what you no longer need,
Fatigue,
Worry or striving.
With every inhale draw in renewal and stillness.
Feel yourself becoming part of this landscape,
As natural and harmonious as the trees,
The wind,
The water and the sky.
You continue along the path,
Slowly making your way out of the forest.
The light grows warmer,
The ground beneath you steady and welcoming.
And you sense that you're coming home,
Not just to a place,
But to yourself.
Your body feels whole and open,
Your breath is smooth and easy,
Your mind clear like the sky after rain.
Let this inner harmony fill you,
A deep sense of belonging within your own being and with the world around you.
There's no separation here,
You are nature and nature is you.
Rest in this truth for a few moments.
Begin to bring awareness back to your body.
Feeling the breath gently moving through you and the support of the ground beneath you.
Wiggle your fingers and toes softly and imagine that all the peace and balance you gathered on your journey now rests gently in your heart.
Take a final deep inhale and exhale releasing any last tension.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Notice how the world around you feels,
Perhaps a little softer,
A little brighter.
And whisper to yourself,
I am grounded.
I am restored.
I am in harmony.
Gently carry this calm into the rest of your day.
Namaste.
