Hi,

This is Michelle Morrison,

And this meditation is for calming self-doubt.

Self-doubt can be a constant companion for many of us,

But it also can be harnessed into a greater,

Deeper sense of self that empowers us.

So,

Let's begin.

Find a position that is comfortable for you.

It might be lying down,

It might be seated,

But comfort is the aim.

Close your eyes,

If it's safe to do so,

Or soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

And slowly exhale through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale through the nose,

And exhale through the mouth.

Just do one more on your own.

Let your body soften,

Let the weight of the world begin to melt away.

Allow yourself to arrive here,

Now,

In this moment,

Body,

Mind and soul.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Feel the support it offers,

Effortlessly holding you.

Now bring to mind the feeling of self-doubt.

Not to judge it,

Not to push it away,

Just to notice.

Where does it live in your body?

Your chest,

Or your stomach,

Your shoulders?

Gently place your attention there.

Breathe into that space with kindness.

Say silently,

It's ok,

I see you,

I hear you.

Self-doubt is not a flaw,

It is a voice that learned to protect you,

But it doesn't need to lead you.

Now imagine a gentle light growing within your heart,

Warm,

Steady and kind.

This is your inner knowing,

Your inner strength.

Let this light expand with each breath.

Let it surround that self-doubt,

Not to fight it,

But to hold it with love.

Say to yourself,

I'm learning,

I am capable,

I have done hard things before,

I can do this too.

You don't need to be perfect to be worthy,

You don't need to have all the answers to begin,

Just begin.

Now bring to mind one moment,

However small,

When you felt proud of yourself.

Let it rise gently to the surface.

Feel into that version of you,

That you that made it through,

The you that kept going,

The you that tried again.

That version of you is still you,

Still here,

Still capable,

Still growing,

Still becoming.

Now repeat silently,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow.

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow.

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow.

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability to grow,

I believe in my ability Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Taking a moment to notice how you feel.

Has anything shifted?

Now carry this sense of trust in yourself,

Even if it's small,

With you today.

Let it guide you.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

And remember,

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Until the next time,

Take care.
