Dear Great Spirit,

Guides,

Angels and ancestors,

I thank you for the breath of life that moves through my body,

That gives me vitality,

Help me have the courage to see the beauty within me and all around,

From my heart,

Knowing that each person is unique,

Holding many gifts.

May I release all judgments that I might have towards myself and others.

I honor the earth and all beings who walk on her,

The four-legged,

The two-legged,

Those who fly above,

Those who crawl below,

All my relations.

Give me the strength to forgive myself and others for any wrong that has happened in my life,

Understanding that each day is an opportunity to learn and grow and to open my heart with gentleness so I can understand everybody is in a journey,

Doing the best that they can.

I thank you,

For Mother Earth,

For holding me and all my relations,

The trees,

The plants,

The medicine.

And may I breathe in the strength of her body into mine,

Remembering that God brings me to it,

God will bring me through it.

And I let go and I surrender to you,

Great Spirit,

Knowing that everything that is unfolding is for my greatest and highest good.

And may I continue to learn through love and choose love,

Even when it's so hard.

I thank you for my life,

For everyone who's in my life,

And I ask that kindness and gentleness move through me,

Always,

In life and situations.

And learning to respond to situations instead of react.

Help me understand myself,

My purpose,

My being.

I send love and strength and courage to all beings who are without homes,

Who are without food.

And may I do the best that I can today to help others out.

Thank you for all that I am,

All that I know,

And all I experience.

May all beings be well.

May all beings find peace.

May all beings be free of suffering.

And may all beings know the cause of suffering.
