Hello and welcome to this meditation on rebirth,
New beginnings.
Thank you all for being here,
Thank you for listening to this meditation.
Get in a comfortable place where you can relax,
Somewhere where you won't be disturbed,
Where you can be comfortable if you would like.
You can sit down with your back straight.
You can also do some stretching,
Some yoga through this meditation if you need to.
You can also lie down with your arms by your sides,
Whatever is comfortable.
Begin to breathe deeply,
Inhale and a deep exhale.
Just continue to breathe right here,
Right now.
Bring in your awareness into the moment.
Allow yourself to tune in to this meditation.
It's okay if you get distracted,
If you hear a sound,
If there's a feeling,
If there's a thought,
Whatever it is,
Just accept it,
Acknowledge it,
And allow it to flow.
Flow away and disappear.
A deep breath in and a deep exhale.
Remember that your breath will be your anchor for this meditation.
If you do get distracted,
Just bring your awareness back to your breath.
Deep inhale and a deep exhale.
Imagine the person that you are.
Form a mental picture in your mind of yourself and try to just be honest,
Be open,
Who you see yourself.
Think back as you do this,
Think back to all the experiences that you've had.
Imagine that there's no right or wrong here,
There's only what has happened and has brought you to this beautiful moment right here,
Right now.
Being here right now means that you have gained a lot of strength.
You've gone through these experiences for a reason.
You are strong,
You are resilient,
But right here,
Right now,
We get to make a choice.
Right here,
Right now,
We are able to be reborn.
So if there's any judgments you've had against yourself,
Any negative self-talk,
Any shame or guilt that you may experience,
Take a deep inhale,
Gathering all of that up into this moment right here,
Right now.
And hold your breath as long as you are able to,
Gathering up all of that.
And you can keep holding it,
But if you can't hold it any longer,
As you exhale,
Imagine all that being released.
Remember,
We've gone through what we have for a reason,
But we can be reborn now.
We can let all that go,
We can move past that,
We can become who we see ourselves becoming,
We can experience the joy of becoming our new selves.
Now envision who you would like to see yourself being from this point forward.
Envision some experiences that you would like to have from this moment onward.
Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale.
As you continue to breathe,
Envision with each inhale,
Bringing that rebirth into this moment.
And as you exhale,
You let go of anything from before,
Anything you're ready to move on and let go of.
Deep inhale,
Bringing in that rebirth.
Exhaling,
Letting everything else go.
Deep inhale and a deep exhale.
Manifesting,
Being rebirthed,
Sending love to the universe.
