Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Silaman and I am grateful that you decided to do this meditation for world peace.
With a lot going on in the world,
It is important to take time to go within to find that peace within ourselves so that we can then emanate that vibration and that energy out into the world.
So in this meditation we're gonna first start with cultivating that peaceful energy within.
When you're ready go ahead and get comfortable.
You can lie down with your arms by your sides.
You can sit down.
If you do sit down try to keep your spine straight to let the energy flow through but do what you got to to be comfortable to enjoy this meditation.
Take a deep inhale filling the lungs with air.
Hold it for just a moment bringing your awareness into this present moment and exhale.
When you're ready emptying out the lungs and just take a few deep inhales here maybe holding for a few moments at the top and then exhaling fully and just feel yourself coming into this present moment.
Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed as you sink down and down.
Feel all the muscles in your body becoming more and more relaxed.
If there's anything trying to come up and distract you right now any of the thoughts or feelings or emotions just accept them.
Acknowledge them and imagine them floating away like a leaf down a river.
Anything important is gonna flow right back to you.
Take a moment to imagine yourself somewhere that is really peaceful to you.
Could be on a beach,
Could be in the woods,
Could be in a room or at a temple but just imagine yourself somewhere that you feel really peaceful you feel at peace.
Continue to breathe and allow anything to float in and then out remembering that we're here to cultivate this peaceful energy within and then allow it to emanate out into the world.
Take another deep inhale and empty the lungs.
Just continue to breathe,
Continue to relax.
Imagine yourself somewhere peaceful.
Right now begin to think of a moment or an experience that you did feel a lot of peace that you felt the most peaceful.
Maybe it was sitting on your porch watching a thunderstorm.
Maybe it was out on a boat enjoying the beautiful weather.
Maybe it was having a really nice conversation with a good friend and you just felt really at peace.
If you don't have one of these moments create one right now.
Just really feel into that energy of peace.
How does it make your body feel?
What does it do to your emotions when you feel at peace?
When you just feel that really peaceful energy.
Imagine going deeper and deeper within yourself to the very core of your being.
Finding that place where peace begins within you,
The energy of peace.
See it feel it.
You can imagine it as a color,
As a symbol.
Just feel yourself connecting more and more deeper and deeper.
In this area of peace,
The light,
The symbol,
Whatever you're envisioning or feeling right now,
It expands.
Expands through your body,
Through all of your muscles,
Through all of your bones,
All of your organs,
The space between everything.
Feel this peaceful energy expanding into your whole entire body right now.
What does that feel like?
What does it look like?
What kind of effect does this peace have on you,
On your thoughts,
On your feelings?
You continue to connect deeper,
Connecting more with this energy,
With this light,
With the symbol.
Feel and imagine it expands out of your body,
Expands into the entire room,
Entire space that you're in right now.
Imagine what kind of reaction happens as this peace expands,
As this peace comes over any of the objects around you,
Any of the life around you.
Anybody or any thing that enters into that space is able to feel that peace.
