We've all dealt with rejection and it happens.
It doesn't always feel good,
But it's a part of life and it can make us stronger.
Remember that with each rejection,
You come closer to success.
This meditation will help you to move on from any negative feelings or emotions that were created from moments of rejection.
Start to become aware of your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Because we are constantly breathing no matter where we are or what we're doing,
It's the perfect anchor to return to when we drift off into a thought.
So anytime you notice yourself being distracted,
Just simply return your focus to your breath,
Which will bring you back to the meditation.
Right now,
Take a moment to notice how your lungs expand and contract.
Imagine with each inhale,
Your body becoming more and more relaxed.
Any stress or negative emotions begin to melt away.
Anytime a thought arises,
Accept it and let it float away like a leaf down a river.
Let all of your weight sink into the ground as your body begins to relax.
Start from the top of your head and imagine each muscle all the way down to your feet,
Beginning to relax.
Gravity is keeping you grounded,
Allowing you to feel safe and protected.
This will help you to go deeper into this meditation.
Begin to meditate on any time you felt the cold sting of rejection.
Allow a specific moment to come up.
Accept any feelings or emotions as you do this.
If you are able,
Select one moment in particular and begin to live that moment again.

You are a safe observer.
Notice any feelings that have stayed with you since this moment.
Anything negative or toxic begins to evaporate as a bright yellow light shines down upon you.

Give yourself permission to heal and let go of any trauma that you felt because of being rejected.

You can imagine that a better opportunity opened up for you because of being rejected.
Begin to finish with this moment by imagining that healing yellow light surrounding you and healing any trauma,
Any toxic or negative energy.
Notice how it makes you feel.

Imagine the yellow light fading away as you begin to return.
