This is a guided meditation for clarity by Siloman.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position and allow yourself to sink down and begin to relax.

Breathe mindfully and notice your inhales.

Follow your exhale.

Feel yourself becoming more relaxed as you continue to sink down into this meditation and into the space.

With each breath you become more and more in this present moment.

With each breath you continue to become more present in this moment.

And now bring to mind any subject,

Any topic that you'd like to have more clarity on.

Keep this at the forefront of your mind while you breathe.

With each inhale you feel that subject becoming a little more clear.

And with each exhale you feel yourself letting go of any fear,

Any judgment,

Any doubt,

Any confusion.

And whatever topic or situation,

Anything that you need more clarity on,

Right now there's no need to rationalize this with your mind.

But just accept it.

Surrender to it.

Be willing to let yourself have clarity on this subject.

Breathe into the third eye chakra in the forehead,

The center of the forehead.

Again with each inhale feel this area becoming more clear,

As if a fog is being lifted.

And imagine what that feels like.

With each inhale that fog is being lifted.

And here feel gratitude for this area to have intuition.

And also the ability to find clarity in anything that you need.

Continue to breathe in and breathe out.

As that oxygen continues to help clear away any fog.

Being mindful of the center of your forehead,

The third eye chakra,

Continuing to clear up any other fog or confusion.

Just feel that clearing up now.

Feel yourself and your awareness moving up to just above your head.

And imagine that space beginning to open.

And imagine more clarity continuing to flow in through that area,

Through the top of your head.

This clarity spreads through your body.

This energy may also help to bring more clarity to whatever is on your mind.

All your intuition,

Your clarity strengthens,

Deepens.

Maybe that energy and that clarity brighten up in the area of your stomach as that gut feeling also begins to strengthen.

That gut feeling that will help you to also find clarity.

Continue to breathe and relax.

Imagine any fog being completely lifted now.

And if you had full clarity on whatever subjects on your mind,

Just imagine how that would make you feel.

And connect with that feeling of gratitude for having clarity on a subject.

Take a second to imagine your mind being all cleaned up.

Any dust,

Any dirt,

Any fog is completely cleaned up.

Your mind,

Your body,

Your spirit is all cleaned up and freshened up.

What does that feel like?

When you're ready,

Take a deep inhale and hold it at the top for a moment.

Feel that energy building and anything else you're ready to release builds up so that when you exhale,

You can let it all go.

You can gently open your eyes and fully return from this meditation.
