Hello and good morning.
Welcome to this new day.
Welcome to this guided meditation with me,
Silamon.
We're gonna start off by taking as deep of a breath as you are able to,
Being mindful of how your body moves and receives this oxygen.
Notice your lungs as they contract while you exhale.
This here,
Right now,
Is mindful breathing,
Noticing your physical sensations as you draw your full awareness into the present moment.
Deep inhale and a deep exhale.
Notice how your body feels as your lungs expand and contract.
Deep inhale as you breathe in new oxygen and a deep exhale as you let go of any distractions.
A deep inhale as you feel joy and excitement or anything to help improve and grow.
A deep exhale as you let go of any blockages or resistance.
Inhale and as you exhale,
Let go of as much air as you can.
Letting go of any tension in your body.
As you inhale,
Feel that oxygen flowing through every part of your body,
Being mindful of energizing every cell,
Every muscle,
Every bone.
As you exhale as deep as you are able to,
Feel yourself letting go of any stress in your body or mind.
Feel yourself becoming lighter,
More energized.
Doesn't that feel good?
Today is a brand new day.
All that oxygen you're breathing in helps to clear anything holding you back from having a great day.
Continue to breathe and be mindful of any thoughts or feelings that arise.
Anything that feels like it is blocking you or trying to keep you from having a great day.
Breathe and as you exhale,
Let that go.
As you continue to breathe,
Be mindful of what feelings come up for you.
Anything that arises,
Anything that you need to let go,
You can do that as you exhale.
You can feel your body beginning to wake up now.
Your mind and your spirit begin to follow as your entire being is feeling energized.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Be mindful of this very moment here and now.
How are we feeling?
And now allow yourself a moment to think about what a great day would look like.
What would a great day feel like for you today?
And ask yourself,
What do I need right now?
And just listen quietly for the answer.
If it doesn't come to you right away,
That's okay.
Just breathe and relax.
Return your awareness to your breathing and the moment.
This very moment.
What kind of sensations do you feel in your body?
Breathe and relax.
Anything you need to let go of,
Do that as you exhale.
And think about this.
What kind of sensations would you feel in your body if you were having a really great day?
What would it look like and feel like to be productive?
If that feels like too much today,
What would it feel like to give yourself time to heal,
To relax?
Whatever intention you have for yourself today,
What would a great day look and feel like?
What are some things that could help you today?
Continue to be mindful of your body,
Of your breathing,
As you imagine that great day.
And as you think about this great day,
You feel into it,
You visualize it,
Whatever you're able to do.
Use all five of your senses as you tune into this feeling of having a great day.
What color is calling to you?
What scent would enhance your well-being?
What nourishing food or movement or touch does your body need?
What sounds align with you today?
Tuning into all of your senses while you visualize,
While you feel into having a great day.
Continue to breathe and be mindful of this blessed morning that you now have as an opportunity to grow,
To enjoy.
Be mindful of that for a few moments.
And then we will begin to wind down from the meditation.
We're going to take a few mindful breaths here together as we finish up this morning's mindfulness meditation.
As you are able,
Take a deep inhale,
As much oxygen as is comfortable to you.
And then let all of the air out of your lungs.
As you exhale.
Again,
A deep inhale.
Feeling that oxygen as it helps you to awaken your spirit,
Mind,
And body.
As you exhale,
Let go of any stress,
Any tension.
Leave your spirit,
Mind,
And body.
One final deep inhale for this morning mindfulness meditation.
Receiving anything else that you need to.
And as you exhale,
Release anything else that you need to.
Thank you for being a part of this morning mindfulness practice with me,
Silamon.
I hope you have a really,
Really awesome day.
Namaste.
