Welcome to your meditation.

My name is Kendra and I'm happy to guide you today through meditation where we are traveling to the ocean and swim at it.

And then start floating,

Floating in the water.

And with the ease,

Feeling there,

We will let go of the stress that you might be feeling today.

So to start the meditation I invite you to sit comfortably.

There is no right or wrong.

Just that you really can relax.

And then close your eyes.

And start to focus on your breathing.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And you want to breathe into your heart.

For this imagine that your breathing is traveling into your heart.

So the air is traveling in your heart and traveling out of your heart.

So breathe into your heart.

Breathe out through your heart.

Breathe in through your heart.

And breathe out through your heart.

You maybe want to put your hand on the chest and really feel how the air is going into your heart and out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And repeat it some more time in your own rhythm.

And try to be present.

Say in your mind,

Me,

You,

Now.

And whenever some thoughts are coming,

Imagine that you are putting them in a cloud and they can fly away.

Focus some more time on your breathing.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And then imagine that you are traveling to the ocean,

To the sea.

You are standing at the beach looking out to the ocean.

What do you see?

Maybe you see the endless water,

The movement of the waves,

The sunshine that is moving in the water.

And on your skin you feel this breeze,

The light fresh air.

It feels like a hug.

The air is hugging you.

And you might be smelling the salt of the water.

And now little by little you are walking into the water.

You feel the water first on your feet,

On your toes.

Then you go more in.

The waves are light so you easily can start swimming.

The water is warm.

You just feel comfortable.

And then you decide to float so you are turning around back and you are lying in the water.

And to do so you start focusing on your breath again.

Breathing in,

Filling all your lungs with the air and just slowly breathing out.

To ensure that enough air is in your lungs that you really can float in the water.

And you taste a little bit of the salt water on your lips.

When you are laying there you look up to the clear blue sky and maybe you want to close your eyes because the sun is really heavy.

But it feels good on your skin.

And your ears are under the water.

There you listen to the special sound of the deep ocean.

The soft,

Limp sound.

And you keep breathing deeply,

Keep floating.

And while you breathe more and more you can relax into it.

You start feeling weightless,

Light.

You feel that the energy,

The power of the water is carrying you.

You feel safe.

You know that you can just be.

There is no danger coming.

Just you and the water.

The water that welcomes you.

And you smell again the salt.

And you become present,

Floating.

Your body slightly moves with the waves.

You just enjoy this moment for yourself.

You don't need to do anything.

Just be and breathe.

Breathe deeply out.

And you feel connected with the ocean,

The energy of nature.

And this provokes a feeling of peace within you.

And more and more you can let go,

You can let go of the stress.

Just breathe it out and you give it to the waves.

The waves carry it away.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

And now you're just present and opening the space for yourself.

This room just be with you.

You start feeling a special sensation in your heart.

You start connecting with your heart,

With yourself.

Put your attention to the space of your heart.

What do you feel?

How does it feel?

You feel a special energy.

It might be a tingling or light pressure or whatever.

A special sensation.

Observe it.

And allow yourself to enjoy it.

Relax into it.

And expand it.

And there floating into the ocean your heart also feels this peace.

A center peace.

A peace of mind that you just can be.

And then you start connecting with this inner voice that is living in your heart.

And you start saying in your mind hello.

First you say thank you for beating from your heart,

For being there.

And the ability that you can feel a special sensation.

And you start thinking about the stress that you felt.

And you retire your heart.

That you would like to be able to reduce the stress more and more in your life.

To let it go more easily.

And you would like to understand where the stress is coming from.

Or what you can do.

And you know that your heart has all the answers.

So you would like to consult it and ask it.

And the special sensation you are feeling in the area of your heart is becoming stronger and stronger.

And this is a sign that your heart is there for you.

Saying yes.

I want to talk to you.

So ask your heart.

First where is the stress coming from?

What is the deeper reason behind it?

Maybe an limiting belief.

Or maybe an emotion.

Maybe any experience you did in your life.

Listen carefully.

And just observe with your thoughts what messages are coming right now.

And to ensure that this is really the message of your heart.

Ask your heart.

Is it really the message you want to tell me today?

And you always can focus on the breathing into your heart again.

To create the connection if you feel that you are not so connected anymore.

And just breathe in and out.

And you also can ask your heart if it has any ideas or recommendations of how you could let go of the stress in your real life.

Maybe any behaviors you could try to implement with insurance.

Any limiting behaviors you should transform or work on.

And just listen carefully.

And then ask your heart.

Are there any other areas in your life?

Anything where you should be more careful?

Where you are stressed unconsciously without realizing?

Or maybe you know it already.

Any areas where you should reduce the stress or you can let go of stress.

Well,

The stress is not serving you anymore.

And again focus on this breathing through your heart.

And feeling the special sensation in your heart.

And keep listening.

Or keep asking.

Take this time for yourself.

It's your moment where you can have this dialogue or just listen.

With yourself.

It's your heart.

And then say thank you to your heart for whatever answer you heard today.

And also if there has been nothing,

Just say thank you for beating all the time.

And then you realize that you are floating in the water.

Enjoy it some moments.

Being moved by the waves.

Feeling the sun in your face.

Listening this special sound under the water.

Just enjoying some moment with yourself.

If there is still anything you need to let go,

Anything that feels like stress,

You want to release.

Just do it.

And for this you can deeply inhale.

And deeply exhale.

And give all the stress into your breathing.

And exhale it out.

Some more moments for yourself.

And in your own wisdom you can come back.

Open the eyes.

And just look around you.

Stay as long in this meditation and the breathing as you need.

And when you finish you might want to take a pen and a paper and write down some of the messages you just heard in this meditation.

Or maybe ask yourself a question.

How can I let go more of the stress and feeling in my life?

I send you a big hug and thanks for listening to this meditation.

Your Kendra.
