For this meditation,
I invite you to get comfortable and be still.
Feel free to close your eyes if that is helpful.
This meditation is a no pressure invitation to let go of the noise and mind clutter and simply be.
Be still.
Be present.
Adopt an attitude of gratitude and allow yourself the space and grace to meditate without self-judgment or admonishment and embrace a heart and mindset of peace and loving kindness.
Once you've fully embraced this heart and mindset,
You are fully present.
You are fully present.
You are fully aware.
You are fully present.
You are fully aware.
And the present is where we always want to be,
Because the present is where true peace is found.
Often when we're full of worry and anxiety,
It is because we're fixated on the past or speculating about the future.
And when we're truly present,
That's when we're truly at peace.
Because the present is all there is.

The past is an imperfect memory.
The future is merely speculation.
