Hello my friends,
This meditation is an exercise in resilience with stress,
Worry,
And anxiety.
And it's short enough that you can do it whenever you need a quick moment to de-escalate.
To get into the spirit of meditation,
I invite you to take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Close your eyes and relax your body,
And then slowly let that breath out.
Put your hands on your chest as you continue to observe deep breathing and say these words,
This will pass.
Take another deep breath in and out and say,
I can do this.
And again,
A deep inhalation and slow exhalation,
And say,
This will make me stronger.
This will pass.
I can do this.
This will make me stronger.
You can say these words out loud or silently in your head and heart,
Depending on your environment and comfort level.
Now,
Continuing to breathe deeply and evenly,
Let's put all three phrases together.
This will pass.
I can do this.
This will make me stronger.
Another deep breath in and out.
I can get through this.
