Hello my fellow hearkeners,
Welcome to day 41 of our Lent series.
To begin this meditation,
I invite you to take a deep breath and close your eyes,
Allowing yourself to fully relax.
As you breathe in,
Imagine yourself standing in the temple with Yeshua,
As he drives out the merchants and money changers.
Feel the energy and intensity of the moment,
And also take note of Yeshua's deep compassion for the poor.
Feel pressed and marginalized.
Yeshua saw the way in which a corrupt system was exploiting those who are most vulnerable,
And he refused to stand by silently.
He was motivated not only by a desire for righteousness,
But also by his love and compassion for those who are suffering.
As you reflect on this moment,
Ask yourself how you can embody this same compassion and empathy in your own life.
How can you stand up for justice and offer love and support to those who are marginalized or oppressed?
Take another deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Let go of any negative thoughts or feelings that may be holding you back.
Remember that,
Like Yeshua,
You too have the power to make a positive impact on the world around you.
Let compassion be your guide,
And let love be your motivation.
Thank you for sharing this space with me today my fellow hearkeners.
May grace and peace,
Light and love,
Be with you.
