I'm Sam and this is an affirmation based meditation for those experiencing the anxiety,
Uncertainty,
Anger,
And loss of self associated with separation from a partner.
This meditation is designed to be done multiple times,
So let's get right down to it.
Make yourself comfortable.
Sit,
Lie down,
Curl up in the fetal position,
Whatever you need to do.
Repeat these affirmations out loud or in your head.
Start with a big inhale.
I trust myself.
Inhale.
Today I am present.
Inhale.
I accept how I am feeling.
Inhale.
It is okay to not be okay.
Inhale.
I will be okay.
Inhale.
I find the good in every situation.
Inhale.
I trust that it will turn out for the best.
Inhale.
Change is a natural process.
Inhale.
I accept and embrace this change.
Inhale.
I can handle this.
I can do this.

I understand that most things are out of my control.
I accept this fact with grace.
I can get through anything.
Troubles come and go.
These troubles are temporary.
