Hello,
I'm Sam and this is the positives.
Today we're going to detail some of the positive elements of your life and how focusing on them can improve your health and well-being.
A simple web search will show you how several studies in schools of thought have effectively detailed that positive thinking can be beneficial to overall health and well-being in a myriad of different ways.
There may even be evidence that positive thinking can change your genetic structure.
Well that's just great for them,
You might be saying to yourself,
And that's understandable.
Negative events,
Situations and interactions tend to have a snowball effect.
It is not always rational to be positive or sane in an insane world.
But by going against the grain,
By pushing out of your negative constructs and modalities,
You can do just that.
This world is not beholden to you,
It does not owe you,
And it will not provide you with anything that you do not ask for.
The question is how to ask.
You see,
Everything we see is energy.
The atoms and electrons that make up everything visible are tiny and spread very,
Very wide.
When you touch a table,
You are touching a series of arrayed atoms that are only slightly more compactive,
Relatively,
Than the air that swirls around us.
That means that we,
Humans,
Are made of energy.
It's no surprise that every human body has its own electrical field.
This field interacts with everything that it comes into contact with,
Without you being able to directly tell it to do so.
This can result in pretty much anything,
Because the effect of your field on another energy is a result of your thoughts,
Emotions,
And mindset.
So this is how you ask for things,
In a nutshell.
This is how you draw positivity into your life.
If you focus on the positives,
You alter positivity to the electrical field surrounding your body.
Thus,
You start to attract positive energy.
So the first thing you have to do today is just smile.
Don't be a little awkward,
But smile anyway.
Throughout this track,
Every time you remember to do so,
Just smile.
Cut that down.
Great.
Also,
As we go along,
Remember to breathe.
Extend your in-breaths a little.
Extend your out-breaths a little.
Get that extra whiff of fresh air and ponor in your lungs.
Feel your tummy rise and fall.
Rise and fall.
Focus on whatever comes to you.
Now,
Your brain may be stuck in a negative cycle,
A train of thought looping around itself endlessly.
Let's take it off those tracks for a minute.
First thing to remember is you are still alive.
The vast majority of people can't say that anymore.
You are infinitely lucky to be here at this particular moment.
The odds of your exact presence at this exact time are staggering and monumental.
From just a handful of cells to fully grown you,
You are a mathematical miracle.
All the things that you've been through,
All the things that you are going through,
All the things you have survived and overcome.
Think of how many times you've made someone else laugh or smile.
Every single time that you've held the door for someone else or picked up the tab for a friend.
You are a miracle of humanity.
I think of all you could potentially do today.
You could go to a soup kitchen and help people in need.
You could walk to the corner store and buy everyone a scratch off ticket.
Maybe let a few people in in traffic.
Think of just how much potential you have in this very real and very potent now.
Think about how much of a transcendental miracle you can be.
As you are irrevocably and undeniably you,
There will never be an exact replica of you.
As Dr.
Seuss said,
Today you are you.
That is truer than true.
There is no one alive who is youer than you.
This will always be so.
Remember to smile.
Maybe some things aren't going the way that you want them to go.
Just remember,
Everyone can teach you a powerful lesson.
Lessons aren't always fun.
Some might say they are never fun.
But they are the tool you need to be happier,
Healthier,
And more whole.
Meanwhile,
You are still breathing.
You are part and still beaten.
Your synapses are still firing.
You are still you.
You may be older than you were 10 minutes ago.
If you feel old,
Remember that you will never have to experience puberty again.
If you feel too young,
Think about how nice it is that all of your joints,
Tendons,
Ligaments,
Muscles,
And organs function without pain and maintenance.
You also most likely have full use of all your fingers,
Toes,
Arms,
And legs.
If you don't have all these digits and appendages,
At least you have most of them.
If you truly don't have any of these,
At least you still have your eyes and ears.
If you don't have any of these things,
Refer back to the beginning.
And now,
Chances are,
You currently have a roof over your head,
Or one to go back to.
You are less subject to the wounds of mother nature than ever before in human history.
There is most likely running water in the sink,
Maybe even a functioning shower.
If you are in a car,
That's pretty lucky too.
At least you could roll away if you wanted to.
If your car is broke down,
At least you're shielded from the rain.
Unless you're outside,
And then you're in the great outdoors.
There's birds chirping,
A gentle pull coming from the trees,
Butterflies,
Fireflies,
Long hikes in the middle of nowhere,
Waterfalls,
Swimming holes,
Long waving grass,
Lazy clouds in the sky that look like farm animals.
And then you're in the city,
And then you're close to all the wonders of civilized living,
At convenience stores.
Mexican food,
Greek food,
Sushi,
Like Saint Bloc,
Maybe,
Who knows?
Air conditioning,
Doctors,
Yoga studio,
Fresh cut grass,
Farmers markets,
Drive-in movie theaters,
Nickel arcades,
Baseball games,
Concerts,
Ice skating rinks,
Rooftop bars,
Coffee shops,
And thrift stores.
Even if you're flat out broke,
You can still sit and listen to the energetic hustle and bustle of the city streets,
Or at the mention walk over to the park.
If all that fails,
There is always tomorrow,
And ice cream.
Don't forget to smile.
Stay positive,
Or do your best.
With a little bit of practice,
You'll see your whole life start to change.
Have a great day.

Such a nice, positive meditation... that somehow made me cry? Maybe by reminding me of all the good that is actually around me. It really helped to get me out of my negative spiral I’ve been going through since the year began. Thank you 🙏
