
'Nice Guy' Affirmations

A lot of men today are struggling to set healthy boundaries, maintain standards of behavior, achieve their desired goals, and have satisfying relationships. Often men are stuck in a pattern of putting off their needs to satisfy others, thereby 'coming in last,' as many have put it. These are affirmations to remedy the underlying beliefs that lead to these behaviors. It is a short meditation designed to be used frequently and repetitively. This piece is based on the teachings of Robert A. Glover and David Deida.
