We are not beholden to the validation of the outside world.

There is an inner peace blooming,

Blossoming,

And slowly unfurling within.

A peaceful lake upon which a lily pad rests.

The unnatural world pushes and pulls,

Yet the natural world ebbs and flows,

Reminding us to yield and reminding us of the flow of life and energy that we are a part of.

Take a moment here to feel into your breath,

Settling into your body.

Bangs of gold strung through glimmering sunlight,

Deep abyss beneath a vast expanse of ice,

The crisp unsung nature of a mountaintop,

Yearning valleys creased with wisdom,

Hidden crevices deep within the frame of the mountains,

Churning seas promising to take our pain away.

Nature reminds us of our own inner beauty.

We are one with nature,

Interconnected.

Take a moment here to feel into your breath,

Allowing your body to settle and soften.

You are whole and beautiful,

Just as you are,

Without needing anyone to validate your existence.

The very nature of your being is connected to the universal life flow.

Embrace yourself as you would a canyon,

Gliding open,

Condensation dripping down bark,

Leaves yearning for slumber,

A ripple in a lake,

Ever-changing yet structurally beautiful.

Take a slow deep breath in here and a slow breath out.

Guide yourself away from comparisons,

Untold stories,

Fear from the passing of time.

Who would you be except an empty trove without the lessons and experiences that you've had in your life?

Through your breath,

Guide yourself inside your home,

To the home of your body.

See a serene lake within the middle of your mind and take a seat in the middle of the lake on a delicate yet sturdy lily pad.

This quiet place,

This internal landscape,

Reflects the beauty of your own internal nature.

Time stands still here and you're able to connect with the lineage of your ancestors as well as yourself.

Time flows together as you see all versions of yourself to who you are today.

You see these versions of yourself with love like a film strip,

Remembering a celebration,

A achievement,

A feeling of play,

Warmth,

And love.

Perhaps even a feeling of when you transcended loss and became even stronger.

Reminding yourself of your wholeness and finally back to the version of yourself that you are today.

Accepting yourself just as you are.

Can you see the beauty in yourself,

The way you can see it in the nature of others and in the nature of life?

Reflect the warmth of your own love back inside yourself.

Knowing that this is a safe space within this serene inner landscape,

Listen for any wounds you may be carrying.

Who taught you to fear aging?

Where did you learn to believe that you're not enough?

What messages have you absorbed from the media or your community allowing any visuals,

Memories,

Sensations,

Feelings,

Smells,

Sounds,

Anything in your experience to arise?

Giving space for it.

Now how can you rewrite these beliefs when we can challenge the core beliefs that have been born unconsciously from others?

We are able to return home to our own inner voice and our own true essence.

Sit here with yourself seeing the radiance of your own being.

Lit from within with a golden light glowing brighter the more you acknowledge and strengthen your own radiant self.

Allow any lingering messages or visuals to resolve.

Allowing any untrue beliefs to seep back into the water.

When we take this time to heal ourselves,

We heal not only ourselves but the generations that came before and the generations that have yet to come.

Feel your way back into your breath and into your heart and tell yourself that you love yourself.

Now really feel this love.

You are whole and enough just as you are.

Come back fully now into your body and as you're ready softly open your eyes and return back into your space.
