Through teachings, guided meditations, and breathwork, you'll learn how to move through the pain, find emotional resilience, and reconnect with your inner wholeness. Whether you're grieving a breakup, situationship, or unspoken love, this journey offers tools to release attachment, restore safety in your body, and open again with compassion, wisdom, and grace.


Meet your Teacher

Scarlett Chang is a breathwork facilitator, sound healer, somatic yoga teacher, and mindfulness educator with a passion for supporting emotional healing through mind-body practices. Drawing from her background in clinical mental health and holistic wellness, Scarlett creates compassionate spaces for individuals navigating grief, heartbreak, anxiety, self-worth challenges, and life transitions. Her approach emphasizes nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and reconnecting with the wisdom of the body as pathways toward healing and resilience. In this course, Scarlett combines reflective teachings, guided practices, and contemplative exercises to support participants in moving through heartbreak with greater awareness, self-understanding, and care.
