Alright friends welcome gonna do Motivate me Meditation so just go with me.

I know it's a little cheesy,

But we're gonna build off of last week so if you were with us last week,

We explored some hopes and dreams and I want you to come back into that space and Into what that was that you created if this is new for you Something came up in that moment when I said hopes and dreams.

So whatever that is Without judgment except what that is because that is what you're going to be working on or not you the mind So we're gonna really just let ourselves go into that space and there is an opportunity to do Something additional and if you want to join in that you are welcome to it's not necessary But it's just kind of a bonus So as we go through this guided meditation,

I'm gonna prompt you for a couple of Motivational words like for lack of better thing to say here so you're gonna pull in whatever those are for you and there's an opportunity to Step into the power of that.

I'll get to more of that as we go and we get guided So you totally can go with it or not take it or leave it,

You know Pick up what you love put down what you don't like.

And so There are two ways and it depends on however this resonates for you.

So When I teach this I call it the ring of fire You can step into your ring of fire and your ring of power If that doesn't vibe for you and that makes you feel offish Maybe the glitter globe works for you And I say that because I just in working with someone the ring of fire was too intimidating for her And so the glitter globe worked So if you need to pick that up and use the glitter globe and that fits better with your heart I encourage you to go either way.

It's the same concept.

Okay?

So when we find these words You have the option to step in to it and you will literally Step into it.

So we will have this moment with the meditation And I'll say if you want you can go into your ring of fire or you can you know?

Shake yourself up in your glitter globe and you will literally step in to this place where you are Surrounded by those things that your mind has created Okay So we have motivation and being motivated is it is the driving factor for change?

Without motivation people don't change but with our motivation we become Better critical thinkers.

We're more creative.

We're making plans.

We're growing and developing our talents We're engaged socially.

So I want you to think about What it is really focusing in this moment.

We're going to come on in so get into yourself Get into your space.

We are starting our meditation now and just breathing into that place recognizing the intention of this is for motivation and inspiration accomplishment Okay coming back to that space and back to that place of your hopes and dreams That item that thing that you want the part of your heart That is ready to be fulfilled Say to yourself.

I want Whatever that was,

You know,

I I know what that is for me.

So fill in the blank we're just gonna breathe into that for like Half a minute.

Okay,

You're just gonna breathe in I want Okay,

And just continue Breathing into that it is okay to want so I want to give you permission That it is okay for you to have that desire of your heart as your mind begins to wander which it Probably already is that's totally okay,

Too.

All right We worked on that in week two right just being with our thoughts There isn't anything you have to do right now except remember that there's something a desire in your heart And you want that and I want that for you.

Okay as you continue breathing Want you to consider?

The why why is it so now this is a little bit of a thinking part Whatever's coming up for you.

Your brain is giving you the answers just receive that Don't be critical and what's coming up allow yourself to receive whatever it is.

That's coming up You may know immediately the why it might be Very very clear for you.

And that is wonderful.

If there's a bunch coming at you just breathe If there's nothing coming at you,

That's okay,

Too.

And as you continue breathing There's a couple of words that are probably coming up for you.

There's a word there's an association and there's a place in your body So we explored that a little bit before as well.

Where does that?

Accomplishment show up in your body.

I think that's a good question Accomplishment show up in your body.

I believe that's where we went last week.

So there's a space where you're already feeling Feeling fulfilled and I want you to breathe into that space.

That's the completion space,

Right?

As you continue breathing allow your mind to bring up for you What those magical words are for you?

What is that motivational word?

Perhaps it's acceptance Maybe it's completion I did it,

You know,

It doesn't have to be one word.

It could be a phrase healed journey Authentically me Figure out what that is that's coming up.

What are those?

Those things what's with those magical words for you?

Keep breathing into that space if you can breathe a little bit deeper and if you're not sure like where The accomplishment is where the journey is.

Where's your body trying to take you?

Ask ask yourself Where is this for me?

If it's super clear for you Then direct that energy to that space And if you're not sure ask your body wants to work with you your mind totally wants to do all of this work together So allow it to Continuing to breathe.

We're going to come back to that original intention.

I want what is it that you want?

And you want to accomplish that because or for fill in the blank here Breathe into that.

I want this because I want this for for the benefit of What is that?

Who are they?

Remembering last week as we went into that space Of those people those things that we heard Try to reassociate again with that goal with that dream in your heart Dream in your heart.

This is your opportunity in this moment if you want to step into that place that place of empowerment right now in this moment,

There's this Firing that's happening in your brain in your body where it wants to fully integrate And I offer you the space to do that.

You can step into that place literally figuratively Stepping up and into it find your power position come into the ring of fire surround yourself in that glitter glow And those beautiful words and all of those feelings and everything that's happening inside of your body being fully accomplished fully integrated in that Song of your heart that moment of completion Of completion accomplishment breathe into that space allowing yourself to fully feel what you're feeling Hear what you're hearing and be where you are in this moment I'm going to breathe into that for about a minute of silence.

I'm just going to allow you to be in your space I want to remind you that any time You want to come back to this place?

You absolutely can you've been integrated and empowered to come back to Your space to this place and you can step into it shake it up a little bit Come on back give yourself a little bit more of that motivation Whenever you need it because you've just created it And that is your space.

That is your sacred space So continuing to breathe i'm going to bring us back to your actual place the place that you are Not just where you are in your mind body,

But where you physically are in this space.

I'll grab the bell Have a couple more breaths my friends in that beautiful place.
