During the course of a day, many people will ask you how you are, but how many actually mean it? How many actually want to genuinely listen and know how you're doing? In this meditation you will ask yourself that question, you will connect to yourself deeper than maybe you ever have before, and you will find out how you really are doing. This is how you truly connect to yourself, how you really understand yourself, and how you heal yourself and love yourself back to life.

Hello my beautiful friend and welcome.

Welcome to self healing Sundays.

It's just a space to get away from life for a while.

A space to tune in and see how you're doing.

How's your heart?

How's your mind?

How's your body?

And how's your soul?

This is your time.

Your time to check in on yourself.

To connect to yourself.

So to begin,

Let's just take some beautiful deep breaths in through our nose and just relax and let everything go by breathing out of our mouths.

Deep breath in through the nose and let everything go.

Deep breath in through the nose and just relax.

And one more time,

Deep breath in through your nose and just be here now.

Let the world outside disappear.

Let everything else disappear.

There's just you.

There's just me.

And this amazingly safe,

Nourishing space that we're sharing.

Just breathe.

Relax.

Slow down.

When was the last time you checked in with yourself to see how you are?

Have you ever checked in with yourself to see how you are?

Maybe you have and maybe you haven't.

But you're going to right now in this meditation.

Now here with me.

You are going to go inward.

You're going to ask yourself how you're doing.

And you're going to listen very carefully to your answer.

How many times a day does somebody flippantly ask you how you are without meaning it?

This time you are going to ask yourself how you are.

And you are going to mean it.

You're going to give yourself some time and space to really tune in to how you're doing.

Your mind,

Your heart,

Your body and your soul.

You're going to check in with all parts of yourself so you can see how you're doing as a whole.

So if your eyes aren't closed then I invite you to close them now.

And just relax.

Breathe.

Find stillness within yourself.

I'd like you to start with your mind.

I want you to ask your mind how it's doing.

What's going on in that beautiful head of yours?

Perhaps it's tired from overthinking.

Perhaps it's content because your mind is completely blank.

Maybe it's fixated on one thing and it's all you can think about.

Maybe your mind is distracted.

Or maybe it feels clear.

Or empty.

There are no right or wrong ways of being here in this space.

So just connect to your mind softly for a while.

And see what's going on in there.

And every time you get attached to a thought,

Just let it go.

Like letting go of the string of a balloon and watching it disappear into the sky.

Allow your mind to just be open and free.

To just be however it wants to be.

And now let's move down to the heart.

How is your heart feeling today?

Just listen to what your heart has to say.

Is it aching?

Open?

Closed?

Fearful?

Or perhaps your heart is brimming full of love.

Spend some time with your heart now.

Be still and just listen.

Let your heart be exactly the way it is right now.

And now let's give some time and attention to your body.

It's time to check in with your body and see how your body is doing.

Listen to what your body has to say to you.

Is it tense?

Does it feel any pain?

Just acknowledge.

No need to attach.

Just listen and acknowledge.

Is your body longing for more time to relax?

Is your body yearning for some kind of movement or stretch?

Be here now connected to your body.

Tune in to yourself.

Maybe you feel tingling.

Maybe your body is warm or cold.

Just acknowledge exactly how your body is right now.

And now your soul.

That beautiful part of you that is part of Source and part of Universe.

The beautiful infinite part of you that you can't see that is connected to everything.

How is your soul?

Is your soul tired?

Perhaps your soul feels disconnected from the other parts of you.

Or perhaps your soul feels connected to everything.

Remember there are no wrong or right answers in this space.

Just open yourself up to yourself.

Take a look inside of you to your essence,

Your spirit.

And just listen.

Well done my beautiful friend.

Well done for having the willingness to tune into yourself.

It doesn't matter if you did it imperfect or perfect or right or wrong.

Because those things don't exist here.

What you just did is something that most people don't do.

You connected to yourself.

You connected deeply to yourself.

And that is how you heal yourself.

Your broken parts.

Your hurting parts.

That is how you soothe your fragile parts.

This is how you come to understand yourself on a whole deeper level.

So you can start giving yourself exactly what you need.

So remember this moment.

Remember how it feels to truly connect to you.

And please,

Remember to ask yourself how you are more often.

Because you really do deserve it.

Redid 4/6/25 My head, heart and my soul are aching right now, which in turn wreaks havoc on my body. But I know I will persevere and come through this better than ever. I wish I had known this earlier in my life, so I could have put it in effect before now. Thankful for this meditation that touched every aspect of my being. I truly see how I still have that mask up in ways, like the avoidance of eye contact, the body language I give off. I am a work in progress and each day will get better because I am beginning to see true worth in myself. So thankful for you Saskia ✨🌸🩷✨
