Today I invite you to enter a breathing experience that also opens up your sense of vision,

Your sense of creativity,

Your sense of space.

Now this is a really beautiful healing breathing practice that I think is incredibly relevant to each of us right now.

So it's going to be extremely short,

Easy to follow and very simple,

Available to all levels.

Come to sit in a comfortable seat.

Now this could be sitting on your knees,

Sitting in a cross-legged position,

Sitting on a chair or in a sofa,

But try to keep your back very tall so you open up your breathing muscle and then just start to feel your body sink into the space you're sitting on.

So open up your palms on your lap,

Take a full breath into your body to arrive just like this.

Try that for yourself.

Make any sound that comes out on the exhale.

And feel your back row nice and tall.

Feel the top of your head begin to lift.

Relax your shoulders lightly on your back and rest your arms on your lap.

Let your fingers be open with a willingness to receive.

Feel the weight of your pelvis drop down into the surface beneath you and feel the weight of your legs follow.

Allow your lower body to descend but your upper body to lift,

To reach,

To rise and to open.

Feel the space of the air moving into your body to drop down on the inhale and feel that exhale to pulse old air out from the body.

Begin to soften your face,

Your eyes,

Your jawline.

Relax the skin on your face.

Relax your neck and release any lumps in the throat.

Soften and open your jaw.

Then begin to feel the air move in through the nose on the inhale,

Seep down into the throat,

The chest,

The ribs and all the way into the lower belly.

And as you exhale feel the lower belly gently begin to press up as if to pull and lift the old air out,

Lift through the chest,

Out through the throat and the nose.

Now it may be happening faster than I'm instructing but just keep it going.

So as you inhale feel the breath move down into the body you inhale and let that expansion drop down to your pelvis and beyond to the earth.

And as you exhale as if to gather something from the root of your center begin to press the old air up,

Press it all the way out so you can allow anything stale to be removed.

As you inhale see the air moving down to your body,

Feel the air hit your lungs and expand in all directions and notice that air is now transferred into oxygen and that oxygen is sent to each and every one of your systems.

And as you exhale that old air begins to lift out through your systems and press up and out from your body releasing.

And as you inhale feel the new air seep down to your lungs,

Expand as it converts to oxygen and that fresh oxygen is sent to each and every one of your cells to rejuvenate them.

And as you exhale anything heavy on your cells begin to lift and pour out and away.

And as you inhale feel the new air melt down into your lungs,

Transfer into oxygen,

Send into your bloodstream and filter down to all of your systems to quite literally nourish and feed you.

And as you exhale anything old from your systems begins to pull up,

Press out and leave your body.

And as you inhale new air filters down to your organs and that oxygen expands to each and every one of your vital organ systems.

And as you exhale anything old,

Anything toxic from your organs begins to reach rise and pulse out.

And as you inhale you are replenished with new air,

New energy.

And as you exhale anything old,

Anything heavy begins to pulse and lift out.

Feel that new air begin to drop down into your body and know that the old air has been removed.

Feel the breath pour down and feel the old air still begin to lift and draw out.

Take a few moments to come back to your body.

Notice the weight of your seat.

Notice the lift of your spine.

Notice the space around your jaw and your face.

Let your eyes find a space they can focus on.

Wiggle your fingers.

Take a deep full breath in like when we started like this and sigh it out.

Try that again.

Deep full breath in and sigh it out.

And thank yourself for dedicating this time to bringing new energy to your vital systems,

Your organs and to rejuvenate each and every one of your cells.

For allowing old toxic stale air to be removed from your body with a dedication to allow it to pulse out,

With a dedication to allow it to release and move from your organs,

From your systems,

From yourselves,

So that you are now fully nourished.
