Hi,

My name is Sasha Andriyanova,

And I'm so excited to be guiding you through today's breath work and meditation practice.

Today we'll be practicing cleansing breath,

Which is a relaxing technique that doubles as visualization meditation.

This practice helps you relax,

Unwind,

And cleanse your auric field,

Releasing any energies that no longer serve you,

And filling up with an energy that serves your most authentic,

Highest good.

We'll be breathing deeply into the belly,

Chest,

And head through the nose,

And we'll be exhaling out through the nose on an ujjayi breath.

Paired with these inhales and exhales is a visualization technique that supports cleansing your auric field and reprogramming your subconscious mind.

What is visualization?

Visualization is a technique of harnessing the subconscious mind to guide your actions and achieve your goals.

The practice engages all five senses to imagine the achievement of specific objectives.

In this case,

We'll be cleansing out all the stale energy,

The stale air that no longer serves your highest good,

Serves your body,

And bringing in golden energy that helps you maximize your authentic potential,

Your full self.

Visualization is the secret to the mind-body connection,

And it's important because it boosts your belief that what you are visualizing is actually occurring in your body.

Your brain is like a hard drive,

And it downloads information without differentiating between what's real and what's imagined.

So the practice of visualization engages our ability to reprogram our subconscious mind to follow all avenues of possibility,

Even those yet realized.

Visualization tells your brain what to focus on and what to ignore,

While distraction keeps many of us from achieving our goals and feeling centered in our sense of self.

Programming your brain with what thoughts,

Visions,

And goals you want to focus on will help keep you on the right path and heighten your receptivity to opportunities and ways to connect back with yourself.

Before we begin,

Please make sure that you're in a comfortable seat.

You could be sitting cross-legged with your back upright,

Or you can be sitting on a chair with your feet down,

Your spine straight.

If you need extra relaxation today,

Please find a comfortable way to lie down.

As long as you feel safe,

You may also close your eyes.

In this practice,

We'll be focusing or engaging two visualizations throughout.

Every time you exhale,

You will exhale out any stress,

Tension,

Anxiety,

And denseness from your belly,

Visualizing a purple cloud of smoke that comes out of your nose and is seeping from your belly.

So imagine your belly as this cauldron that's holding all this stress,

All this tension,

Anything that you've been carrying.

Visualize it purple,

Bubbling,

Stewing within your body.

And every time you exhale,

You release some of that stress,

Some of that tension in a purple cloud of smoke,

Letting it leave your body and clear the air,

Sending it off,

Letting it leave you be.

As you inhale,

You'll breathe in a beautiful golden light,

Healing every single cell of your body.

You'll inhale through your nose,

Letting that golden light fill your belly,

Your chest,

And your lungs.

Where that purple cloud once was,

There's now golden light.

So this golden light is a healing energy.

Allow yourself to visualize that stress,

Anything you're carrying as that purple smoke,

And visualize the healing,

The positive energy,

The enlightenment,

And the prana,

The life force that enters your body through gold,

Filling you up with love,

Peaceful energy,

Intentionality.

So let's get started.

We'll begin with a foundational breath in through your nose,

Letting your belly,

Your chest,

Your lungs rise.

Holding this at the top,

Taking in a little bit more air,

Sighing it out.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your belly,

Your chest,

Your lung,

Holding at the top,

Taking in a little bit more air,

And a little bit more,

And letting all of that go,

Exhaling out your mouth as you sigh it out.

We'll get started with our cleansing breath.

Take a deep breath in for 1,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

And exhale 8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Just like that,

Inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

And exhale for 8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

As you breathe here,

Start to notice any places you're carrying tension in your body.

We'll do a quick body scan starting from the toes,

The soles of the feet,

Your ankles,

Your calf,

Your knees.

Notice where you're carrying tension from all the amazing things that your legs,

Your feet do for you,

All the places they take you.

Collect any of those stress particles you're storing in your legs and start to carry them up as you make your way to your knees,

Your thighs,

Maybe your hips,

Your pelvic bone,

Your pelvis.

Take any stress you're carrying there,

Thanking your body for its service to you,

And visualizing these purple stress particles moving up.

Now start to look at your fingertips,

Your arms,

Your wrists,

Noticing within your mind's eye any stress,

Any tension you're carrying,

Collecting all the particles as they travel through your fingertips,

Your forearms,

Your triceps,

Your biceps,

Your shoulders,

Collecting any stress,

Any tension,

Any negative energy,

And letting it move down into your belly.

Notice any tension you're carrying in your cheekbones,

In your jaw,

Between your brows,

And let that stress fall into your belly again,

Collecting all of it like little particles.

Doing one final scan from your toes to the crown of your head,

Seeing if you're carrying any tension and pulling it into your belly,

Noticing this cauldron,

This purple cloud of smoke that's holding all the energetic stress and tension that isn't serving you anymore.

As you're breathing here,

We'll take a deep breath in again,

All together for the count of one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And on your exhale,

Start to release all of that tension from your cauldron,

From your belly,

With purple cloud of smoke exiting out your mouth or your nose.

Let it all go for eight,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale,

Take a deep breath in,

Keep exhaling out smoke,

All of that stale energy that no longer serves your body,

Your heart,

Your mind.

With every exhale,

Growing a little lighter,

Letting a little bit more go.

And as you start feeling clearer here,

Letting go of all of that purple smoke,

Or maybe as much as you can today,

Start to visualize a golden light coming from the roots of the earth,

Stretching to the stars and surrounding every part of your being,

Your physical body and your energetic field around you.

Notice this golden light as a source of strength,

Of love,

Of energy.

On your next inhale,

Breathe this light in through your nose,

Letting it spread to all the places you just removed stress from,

From your fingertips,

Your toes,

Letting this golden light immerse your inner and your outer being,

Inhaling it into your belly,

Your chest,

Your lungs,

Letting it circle and dance around your heart and letting go of any stress you're continuing to hold little by little.

Breathing in this golden light,

Letting it fill up through the crown of your head,

Your cheeks,

Letting it dance across your lips,

Your shoulders,

Your heart space,

Feeling it lift every cell of your being.

You are vibrating higher,

You are in energetic alignment with your potential.

Feel yourself immersed in this golden light and feel free to stay here as long as you would like,

Continuing to breathe and letting yourself bathe here.

I will call you out shortly,

But in the meantime,

I encourage you to think through these affirmations.

I am enough.

I am loved.

I am supported.

I am valuable.

I am worthy.

I am in the timeline of my highest good.

I am worthy of my deepest desires.

I am in the universe of my highest fulfillment.

And so it is.

Take the rest of your day,

Your morning,

Your evening is calling.

Take in one last deep breath in,

Enveloping yourself in this golden light.

Gently as you exhale,

Start to deepen your breath and bring awareness to the rise and fall of your chest,

Of your belly.

Bring awareness to the sensations in your fingertips and your toes.

Maybe you give them a little bit of a wiggle,

Bringing life back into your body.

Maybe you shrug your shoulders down your back,

Opening through your heart center.

And maybe you drop one ear down to one shoulder and then the other ear.

And then maybe you bring a gentle smile to your face,

Knowing that this love that you have within you is yours first and foremost,

But that it can also be shared with those around you,

With your community.

Gently blink your eyes open,

Feeling this sense of awareness that you've generated within.

Knowing that if at any point today you feel like you need to come back home to center,

You can visualize this golden guiding light coursing through every part of your being.

I hope you feel so supported,

So energized,

Grounded,

And ready to start the next part of your day,

Ready to begin again with this new empowered sense of self.
