Alexandra Andrianova is a New York City–based Yoga Alliance certified RYT-500, trauma-informed yoga instructor, Yoga & Program Lead, yoga teacher trainer, breathwork facilitator, and Megaformer instructor in training. With over 1,000 hours of teaching, coaching, and mentorship experience, Alexandra teaches multiple yoga and fitness formats across Manhattan studios, blending strength, mindfulness, athleticism, and nervous system awareness into every class she leads. Known for her grounded yet empowering teaching style, Alexandra creates experiences that help students reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and intentional embodiment practices. Her classes emphasize both physical strength and emotional resilience, combining intelligent movement, functional alignment, and mindfulness in a way that leaves students feeling stronger, more present, and deeply connected — both on and off the mat. Alexandra’s background spans yoga, breathwork, Pilates-inspired movement, strength training, and running, all of which shape her approach to teaching. She is especially passionate about helping students move beyond autopilot and build sustainable practices rooted in self-awareness, authenticity, and longevity. Really good 478 meditation! Thank you! I would love to listen to a version of this meditation that has less talking as I know all of the benefits of 478 breathing, and doing breathing exercizes in general. Just the inhale/hold/exhale cues would be great and hearing the counting the whole time helps me focus. Is there a benefit to not have someone counting for you? Day 2 of listening to this and the music is really great. It really gets me into it!
