Allow yourself a couple moments just to settle in,
To sit,
To lay,
Make any adjustments to your body that you need to,
To bring in a little more comfort.
Let's allow a moment of silence as we let our bodies deeply settle in.
Feel the heaviness in the body.
Feel the bones dropping into the body.
This is going to be a more brief meditation.
It is very helpful for stress and anxiety.
We're going to do some breathing activities and so I'm going to count for you.
We'll begin with an inhale of four,
