Hi.
Welcome to this space of stillness and to this morning meditation for clarity and intention setting.
I'm Sarah and I'll be guiding you today.
Come to a seated or lying down position that's comfortable for you and close your eyes or soften your gaze,
Taking a moment to arrive here.
Take a big breath in through the nose and open your mouth to sigh it out.
Once again,
A deep breath in and a long breath out.
And one more time,
Inhale and exhale.
Letting the breath return to its natural rhythm.
With each inhale,
Feel the fresh energy of the day filling your body.
And with each exhale,
Release any heaviness or lingering thoughts from yesterday.
Allow yourself to settle fully into this moment,
Knowing that today is an opportunity for a new beginning.
Gently bring awareness to your breath,
Letting it flow naturally.
Feel its steady rhythm like waves rolling in and out.
With each breath,
Invite clarity into your mind and lightness into your heart.
Now ask yourself,
How do I want to show up today?
What energy do I want to bring into my interactions,
My work and my movement?
Let the answer rise naturally without force,
Whether it's patience,
Focus,
Joy,
Strength or something else.
Repeat your intention silently or aloud.
Today,
I choose to be.
Feel this intention settle within you as if planting a seed in fertile soil.
Picture yourself moving through the day with ease and confidence.
See yourself handling challenges with grace,
Staying present in each moment.
Imagine yourself ending the day feeling fulfilled and proud,
Knowing you stayed true to your intention.
Before opening your eyes,
Take a moment to express gratitude for this new day,
For your breath,
Your body and the opportunities ahead.
Take a final deep breath in,
Filling yourself up with gratitude and purpose.
Exhale fully,
Sealing your intention.
Begin deepening your breath as you bring your awareness back to the room around you.
Bring your hands to your heart,
Stacking one on top of the other.
And bow your chin to your chest in a deep gratitude for the time you've spent here today.
Thank you for sharing your time and your practice with me.
I hope you have a wonderful day and I'll meet you back here next time.
