Welcome to this space of stillness,

A gentle pause in the rhythm of your day.

I'm Sarah,

And I'll be guiding you through this meditation to reset.

I invite you to settle in,

Breathe deeply,

And allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment,

Grounding into the here and now.

Today we will be meditating to reset.

Whether you've gotten off track on your goals or habits,

Or feeling like you're in a bit of a mental slump,

Or just need to relight the fire of motivation,

You're in the right place.

We'll begin with box breathing.

Imagine the outline of a square in front of you.

The square can be large or small,

Patterned or solid or transparent.

As you breathe,

You'll trace the outline of that square,

Bringing your awareness to the bottom left corner of your box.

Breathe in to the count of four as you trace the edge up to the top left corner.

Holding the breath at the top,

Move from the top left to the top right,

Exhaling to a count of four,

Tracing down along the outer edge and holding for a count of four across the bottom of the box.

Inhaling up,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Holding across,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhaling down,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Holding across,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhaling,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhaling,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Continue breathing and counting.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Now take a big breath in through your nose and audibly sigh it out through your mouth and allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.

Imagine now that you're watching a movie of your perfect day.

You are the main character.

You see yourself waking up in the morning with clarity and purpose.

You know what you want to do and why.

You see yourself moving from task to task,

Interaction to interaction,

With intention,

Joy,

And confidence.

Take time to visualize yourself living your best,

Most authentic life.

See it in rich color.

Hear your own voice,

Pure and true.

Smell any aromas.

Feel the sensation of your body moving you through your life.

Notice everything you're doing and how you're doing it.

How do you feel in this life?

What are you doing?

Holding this image in your mind,

Repeat after me.

I release what no longer serves me.

I welcome clarity and purpose.

I release what no longer serves me.

I welcome clarity and purpose.

I release what no longer serves me.

I welcome clarity and purpose.

Take a big breath in,

Tucking that image of yourself,

Clear and purposeful,

Into your heart.

Exhale as you open your eyes,

Ready to take on your day with renewed confidence and purpose.

I hope you have a wonderful day.

I'll meet you back here next time.
