Celebrate Your Cycles.
I'm Sara Zanacroce and I'll guide you through this practice today.

As always,
Find a comfortable position where you can relax and focus.
Gently close your eyes if that feels safe and start to connect with your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Inhale through your nose.
Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Continue breathing deeply,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Allow yourself to release any tension with each breath out.
Now place your hands below your belly button,
Just above your pelvis and feel the comforting warmth of your hands on your womb,
One of the sacred centers of your feminine power.
And now imagine that you're standing on a beautiful beach.
The sand is cool and soft beneath your feet.
The rhythmic sound of gentle waves lapping against the shore fills the air,
Creating a soothing symphony.
Feel the cool energy of the moon as her light reflects down from above,
Casting a silvery glow over the water.
The moonlight dances on the surface,
Creating shimmering pathways that invite you to lose yourself in their tranquility.
Our menstrual cycle aligns with the cycle of the moon.
Our feminine energy flows in cycles,
Too,
Mirroring our monthly rhythm.
Like the phases of the moon,
Our cycle of the moon aligns with the cycle of the moon.
There are days when we feel vibrant,
Energized and open and others when our energy draws inward,
Urging us to rest and restore.
Each phase is an essential part of our natural rhythm.
So as you settle into this moment,
Gently tune into your current energy and notice the kind of energy you've been experiencing lately.
Rather than judging it as good or bad,
See if you can surrender to it,
Allowing yourself to fully embrace and harmonize with it and your life has a beautiful cycle,
Too.
From being a little girl,
A young woman,
A mature woman and eventually an elder wise woman.
Each phase of life is unique and meaningful.
So be fully present in this moment,
Embracing the stage of life you're in.
Breathe in the richness and beauty that makes this time so fulfilling.
And as you exhale,
Release any thoughts or beliefs that suggest your current phase is anything less than valuable.
Inhale the truth and exhale the stories.
Just be here now.
Every part of you and every cycle you move through is deeply connected to the moon's rhythm,
Reflecting the sacred dance of life itself.
Just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation.
In your own personal inner sanctuary.
A place where you go to feel your true self.
Secure,
Grounded and a deep sense of peace.
And inner love for yourself.
And all of life around you.
And now bring your awareness back to your breath.
And just allow your body to breathe for you.
With no effort.
Whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment.
