Welcome to this meditation for calm and peace,

Even if you're facing financial stress.

I'm Sarasinna Croce and I'll be your guide today.

Please go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Whether that's seated or lying down.

And then gently close your eyes if that feels safe.

And let's start by bringing your awareness to the senses.

To really arrive in the present moment.

Start to become aware of sound,

All of the noises around you in the distance.

Just observing now the coming and going of sound.

And now bring your awareness to your body and just feel the temperature of the air on your skin.

The clothes that are touching your body.

The surface beneath you that's supporting you.

And now bring your awareness to gravity.

The external force all around you,

Connecting you to this world.

Just see if you can soften and surrender to this force,

Allowing yourself to become heavy,

Grounded and supported.

And now bring your awareness to your breath.

Just breathing in through the nose and breathing out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Just continue to breathe this way for a few more breaths by yourself.

And now let's step into your serene garden,

A sacred space of calmness and peace where you can reconnect with your inner self and find refuge from the worries and stresses of financial concerns.

Imagine yourself walking through a lush garden filled with the vibrant colors and scents of blooming flowers.

This garden is a reflection of your inner world,

Full of beauty,

Strength and resilience even when external circumstances feel overwhelming.

Find a comfortable spot to settle down,

Perhaps beneath the sheltering branches of a wise old tree that has weathered many storms just as you have.

Take a deep breath,

Allowing yourself to release the weight of your money stress that may be pressing on your mind.

In this moment,

Let go of numbers,

Bills and fears.

They do not define you.

You are here in this sacred space where your worth is measured not by money but by the light within you.

Just like the roots of this tree dig deep into the earth,

You too have a deep well of strength and resilience within you.

Even when financial stress feels overwhelming,

Remember that you have faced challenges before and you have emerged stronger every time.

Take a moment to acknowledge your courage,

Your resourcefulness and your ability to adapt.

These qualities are what truly matter and they will guide you through this time with grace and wisdom.

As you sit in this tranquil garden,

Surrounded and connected with the whispers of nature,

Let go of any shame or fear around your financial situation.

Know that it's okay to feel vulnerable,

But also know that vulnerability is the birthplace of strength and creativity.

Allow yourself to be enveloped in a sense of peace and acceptance,

Knowing that you are enough just as you are.

Your worth is not tied to your bank account.

With each breath you take,

Feel yourself becoming more centered,

More balanced and more at peace.

Release your worries and instead focus on what you can do and trust that the rest will unfold as it should.

Embrace the simple truth that abundance is not just about money.

It's about love,

Connection and the richness of your inner life.

These are the things that truly sustain you.

Now in the stillness of your serene garden,

Let's take a moment to set an intention for yourself.

Maybe it's to find creative solutions or to trust in your ability to navigate this challenge or simply to be kind to yourself as you move forward.

Whatever your intention,

Let it be a gentle reminder that you are strong,

Resourceful and capable of creating the life you desire.

And now,

Just feel your entire body in a deep state of relaxation and just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation.

In your own personal inner sanctuary,

A place where you go to feel safe,

Secure and grounded and a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.

And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.

And as we prepare to conclude this meditation,

Take one final deep breath,

Allowing the peace and tranquility of your garden to infuse every cell of your being.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,

Carrying with you a sense of calmness,

Clarity and self-assurance that will light your way wherever you go.
