Welcome to this morning meditation to feel grounded.
I'm Sarah Zanacroce and I'll be your guide today.
If you're feeling overwhelmed,
Scattered or like life is pulling you in too many directions,
This meditation is here to help you find your center and ground yourself in the present moment.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the air on your skin,
The gentle touch of your clothes and the surface beneath you that's holding you.
Really notice how it supports you fully,
Holding you in place and space.
In this moment right now you don't need to solve anything,
Plan anything or do anything.
Just be here right now.
Let yourself feel held by the earth and by the universe.
As if it was whispering,
You're safe,
You're enough,
You've got this.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your attention to your feet.
Notice how they connect with the earth beneath you and imagine little roots extending from your feet,
Anchoring deep into the ground.
With every breath,
Feel these roots grow stronger,
Stabilizing you amidst a storm of busyness and demands.
You are grounded even when life feels overwhelming.
Inhale deeply,
Sending calm energy down through your body all the way to your feet and into your roots and exhale,
Letting go of any tension or frantic energy.
Right now,
Just give yourself permission to pause.
You are not your to-do list.
You are grounded.
And know that taking time for yourself is essential to showing up fully for others.
As you exhale,
Let go of any guilt or pressure to do it all.
You are grounded now.
You are capable.
You are enough.
Just as you are.
Take one more deep breath and as you exhale,
Let go of anything that's not serving you today.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,
Carrying with you a sense of peace,
Stability and the knowing that you are deeply connected to the earth beneath you.
