Love.
Openness.
And grounded.
Ready for whatever the day may offer.
You can do this meditation from the seated position.
Or just in bed if you're still comfy.
Whatever feels best to you.
Let's get started.
We'll start by taking a deep breath together,
Inhaling through our noses and exhaling through our mouths.
Pull in.
Bye.

Bye.
Another deep breath in… and out.
Final deep breath together in… and out.
Returning to your normal breath.
Rhythm.
Breathing through your nose or your mouth or a combination of the two.
Take a moment to settle into your breath.
Bringing your attention from your breath.
To the surface beneath you.
Whether that's your couch.
The floor.
Or your bed.
Just starting to take notice.
Of how your body connects.
Noticing that you are held.
Support it.
Connected.
Start to notice your body.
And as you are noticing your body.
Taking a moment to really honor.
Notice.
Anything that feels uncomfortable.
Sending a little love to that area.
I hear you.
I see your discomfort.
We'll be gentle today.
Perhaps another part of your body spoke up and said,
Oh,
Me too.
Sending some love to that area of your body.
Noticing if any part of your body feels especially good today.
Honoring that.
Noticing.
Saying I see you.
Whether your body is feeling good.
Challenged,
Or somewhere in between.
Giving some love.
Sundauras.
Some awareness.
Hi body.
Let's do this day together.
Moving inward,
How are you feeling this morning?
Perhaps just sleepy and you're not sure yet.
So take a moment.
And stillness.
To ask your heart.
How are you?
Taking a moment.
Noting.
That no matter how you feel.
However you show up.
It was okay.
Now that you've noticed your body and your heart.
Let's move to your mind.
How do you want to approach today?
How do you want to show up today?
Take a moment with your answers.
If you're not sure,
That's okay.
Ask yourself again.
How do I want to approach today?
Knowing that you hold the key to your day.
Sure,
We can't predict what will happen today.
Things out of our control.
But we can always return to ourselves.
To our body.
To our hearts,
To our breathing.
A return to how we want to be in this world.
And once you know how you want to be today,
How you want to show up.
Cover it in white light.
A white light that grows and grows and grows.
It stretches all the way to your top of your head,
To your toes,
To your fingers.
This light is you.
The light is within you.
And perhaps that light is so big it starts extending out past your fingertips,
Past your toes,
Past your head.
The light extends so far into the ground that it roots you.
It connects you.
Reminding you who you want to be in this world.
The light extends so high above you.
Goes to the clouds and the stars and the heavens above.
Connecting you to the best version of yourself.
Who you want to be today.
And as the light scatters out through your fingertips,
It envelops the space around you.
Your home.
Your pets,
Your loved ones,
Your neighbors.
It extends farther out.
Slipping across.
The fields and the oceans,
The mountains and the rivers.
Covering.
Plants and beings.
Reminding you that we're all connected.
Thank you.
Reminding you that your light is so beautiful,
So expansive.
That light expands so far around that it comes back to you.
And a warm,
Beautiful hug.
Embracing you,
Loving you.
Believing in you.
And as that light encompasses you in a hug.
Reminding you of your own strength.
Reminding of connection.
You start to come back to your body.
Start to come back.
To wiggling toes and your fingers.
Take one final big deep breath in together.
