Welcome to this manifestation and visualization meditation.
For this meditation,
Get in a comfortable position,
Whether that's sitting in a chair,
On the floor,
Or even lying down.
Find a position that you can stay in for a little while.
You can be present for your thoughts,
Your feelings,
And your body.
And when you are ready and comfortable doing so,
Please close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And a big sigh out your mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose,
And a big sigh out through your mouth.
And one last time,
A big deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling that oxygen coming into your body,
Into your lungs,
And a big sigh out,
Letting it all go.
Returning to your normal breathing,
Letting your breath be natural,
In and out as it needs.
Noticing that you are held by a chair,
Or the floor,
Or the bed,
That your body is supported.
Coming into your body,
From your head to your toes,
Noticing,
Is there anything that's speaking out to you today,
From your body?
In celebration,
Or in need of attention?
Honor that body part.
Noticing your mind,
Are your thoughts racing,
Are you present?
What do you need to let go of to be fully present for this meditation?
Let it go.
Like a balloon floating away,
It's released.
You can pick it back up after this meditation,
But for the next few minutes,
You don't need it.
We all have dreams.
We all have goals.
We all have something that we're striving for.
What are some of your dreams?
Let them wash over you.
Notice the feelings that come with it.
There may be a multiple of feelings,
From excitement to fear.
You may feel calm when you think of your dreams.
The life you dream of,
How does it make you feel?
Now pick one aspect of your dream life,
That life you envision,
That would bring such joy and all the other feelings.
Pick one aspect and bring it clearly to your mind,
Asking yourself,
What is it that I want and need to make this dream a reality?
What would your life look like if this dream were a reality?
What would your life feel like if this dream were a reality?
Let it all in.
Embrace that feeling.
This dream can be a reality.
Those feelings can be real.
From your head to your heart,
Bring it.
Bring it downward into your heart,
Filling up the space.
And notice how your heart starts to shine.
Feel it.
Let that light radiate from your dream,
From your heart,
Throughout your body.
Let that light radiate beyond your body,
To the air around you,
To the people near you,
To those you love.
Let that light bask over it all.
When we live our dreams,
We impact others with our joy.
Feel that impact.
Feel that joy.
Noticing everything in your body,
In your heart,
And in your mind.
You are worthy of your biggest dreams coming true.
Now that you've had some time to honor this dream,
Take a moment to honor yourself for showing up,
For being willing,
And being able to dream of the life you love.
Starting to come back into the present moment,
With the gratitude for what you have now.
The gratitude for what will propel action moving forward.
And knowing that just for today,
All you have to do is be you and show up for today.
Starting to wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Coming back to your breath,
Noticing its cadence.
Taking one big deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your lungs,
And a sigh out through your mouth,
Letting go of anything that needs to be left here.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
