Meditation Timer OnlineMy approach to therapy is shaped by years of yoga and mindfulness practice, and by a belief in the healing power of being truly seen, heard, and accepted. I’ve worked with chronic pain for over a decade and bring both professional training and lived experience to this work, integrating approaches like somatic attachment psychotherapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, emotional awareness and expression therapy (EAET), and pain reprocessing therapy (PRT). Broadly, I focus on working in embodied and experiential ways. I offer a space where you can gently learn to stay present with your experience—feeling your feelings without becoming overwhelmed—and begin to trust your capacity to meet what arises.
