Hello and welcome to this meditation to ground and align you and to bring you some protection.
If you can,
Go outside with bare feet and stand on the grass for better grounding.
You will have better results if you manage to stay standing up throughout this meditation.
So get comfortable in a standing position,
Your knees are slightly bent and now take three deep breaths.
Breathe in counting up to four.
Stop breathing counting up to four.
Then breathe out counting up to four.
Do this three times.
Now close your eyes if you haven't done so already and repeat after me.
I ground myself in the earth,
In mother earth,
Grounding,
Grounding,
Grounding.
I can feel roots growing beneath my feet.
Roots that go down,
That go down,
That go down until the centre of the earth.
I connect to source,
To the star of the earth with her permission.
Balance,
Balance,
Balance.
Harmonise,
Harmonise,
Harmonise.
Activate,
Activate,
Activate.
With your eyes still closed,
I now invite you to visualise your spine and to visualise a column of light in your spine.
We'll start at the base of your spine with your sacrum.
Visualise the colour red and say the word safety for 30 seconds.
You now move your attention up slightly so that it is level with your belly button.
You're going to visualise the colour orange and say the word creativity for 30 seconds.
Now move up to your solar plexus where your stomach is and visualise the colour yellow.
You'll pronounce the word power for 30 seconds.
You're now going to visualise the colour green where your heart is.
You're still in this column of light that you created at the beginning.
Say the word love for 30 seconds.
Now move up slightly to your throat where you will visualise a light blue colour like the colour of the sky in summer.
You will say the word communication for 30 seconds.
You now bring your attention to your head beginning with the middle of your forehead where your third eye is.
Visualise a deep blue colour and say the word awareness for 30 seconds.
Now move up to the top of your head and visualise the colour purple or white or a mixture of colour.
Now take three deep breaths like at the beginning of this exercise.
Breathe in counting up to four.
Stop breathing counting up to four and then breathe out counting up to four.
Do this three times.
Keep your eyes closed and now imagine a bubble forming just above your head.
It's a beautiful purple bubble.
This bubble grows until it is the same size as you.
Imagine that this purple bubble envelops you completely from head to toe.
This is your bubble of protection and no one can enter it without your consent.
Visualise this bubble and thank the universe for its protection.
When you are ready start coming back to the present moment by moving your fingers,
Your hands,
Your feet and your legs.
If you feel the need to stretch please do so.
Then slowly open your eyes.
Finish this meditation by saying I am grounded,
I am aligned,
I am protected.
