Ok, I’ll admit, at first I thought this would be big time annoying, but I was pleasantly surprised to settle in and actually relax and enjoy this. The drums truly have a healing quality to them when you allow them inside your head and just let them move you. I liked the changing of tempo and the 15 minutes actually flew by. Thank you for sharing this.
