Hello,

This is Sarah Evans coming to you from the edge of the beautiful Peak District National Park in Northern England,

UK.

I work as a Reiki Master,

A Kashuk Records Reader,

Yoga teacher and meditation guide and in this session today I invite you to do a chakra clearing,

Cleansing,

Activating and energizing.

We're going to be working through each chakra in your system,

Noticing and allowing any blockages,

Anything that needs to be cleansed and cleared and released for your highest good or better and we'll be doing this through a visualization of light coming down into the crown of your head and working their way through the body for a lovely cleansing and clearing experience.

This is suitable for use at any time but as always please do not use it whilst you are operating a vehicle or any heavy machinery so get yourself nice and comfortable.

I find that this meditation practice is best done lying down with a straight spine if possible,

However if you're seated just ensure that you're sitting upright with a nice straight spine and we'll begin.

If it feels comfortable to do so you can gently close your eyes or you can soften your gaze down the tip of your nose.

Noticing what you've arrived with today,

What your physical,

Mental,

Emotional space is like noticing and allowing and not criticizing if anything arises that you don't find ideal for you this is why we're here to do this practice today connecting with the breath take a couple of lovely deep inhales the deepest breath you've taken all day and hold it for a moment as you hold it make sure you're not tensing anywhere releasing any tension and softening and then blowing it out slowly through your mouth do one more breath like this and as we're working with your energetic body I want you to set the intention to call your energy back now.

I call my energy back from past events from thinking of the future I call my energy back from north,

South,

East,

West,

Above or below,

Calling it back into yourself and setting the intention to cleanse and clear your chakra system for your highest good or better at this time I'll start off with taking a breath and let the energy travel up your feet up through your body up to the crown of your head on the inhale and on the exhale releasing the breath downwards down through your body for this process today we're going to be having energetic light coming downwards and clearing down towards your feet so connecting with the earth breathing in through the soles of your feet feeling that grounding a calming energy from mother earth traveling up up through the spine through the head not the crown of the head and exhale releasing any tension anything you don't need right now releasing down through your feet and giving it back to mother earth that's great here one more breath like this breathing in traveling up up up and then exhaling down washing away any tension anything you don't need right now let it go and we're going to visualize above your head is a swirling ball of light is this your soul star chakra which is above your head glowing a beautiful golden shimmering light see if you can imagine using your imagination if needed create a beautiful ball of warm loving light above your head which is a part of you you might feel as you envision this you might feel some motion each of the chakras are gently rotating you might feel some gentle rotating motion you might feel some warmth coming down towards you from the chakra this lovely big ball of golden light and as you focus upon it imagine it's getting stronger and stronger inviting in that energy to come in towards you as you're visualizing this you can imagine a gentle ray of golden light starting to come out of the chakra downwards and hitting you right to the top of the head the crown of the head it feels so warm so comforting so lovely visualizing a golden ray of light coming down towards your head you might feel the sensation of a very gentle loving pressure at the crown of the head feeling that lovely gentle loving light coming down towards you going to fill your cup and overflow the different chakras in your energetic body as it touches the crown of your head start to visualize what the crown chakra looks like the crown chakra is a beautiful vivid purple of ultraviolet light it is beautiful and glistening imagine it the size about the size of a tennis ball and it's just sitting grazing the top of your head and gently spinning so visualizing a beautiful spinning ball of ultraviolet light as we go through the chakras you can notice if any of them feel a bit dirty a little bit blocked a little bit not bright just noticing and allowing we can cleanse and clear and restore each chakra as we go through this system so as the light is hitting the crown chakra it's filling it up with beautiful golden light from your soul star chakra above your head so allow that light to push into your crown chakra and as it first begins to fill this ball of light makes it brighter more radiant more glowing if you see any blockages anything dark it can gently cleanse and clear and release if the chakra appears to be spinning very slowly or if it's spinning very fast we can through this process get it going to a perfect movement for you if you struggle to visualize you can feel the sensation of warmth and gentle spinning touching the crown of your head it feels so loving and calming open and allow to this experience as it unfolds so this pool of light is filling filling filling up the crown chakra until it's completely full of beautiful light and then imagine it begins to overflow and then this light starts to flow down into the center of your head behind your forehead and the light is now entering your third eye chakra third eye chakra is a beautiful indigo lovely vivid purple it's right in the center of your head you can imagine it about the size of a golf ball then feel that beautiful ray of supportive loving universal light coming down flowing from your crown chakra into the third eye chakra and again noticing if it's harder to bring to mind each one a particular chakra if it's hard to see it properly then this is an indication that some work is needed in that area don't worry we're working on this right now so allowing that golden light to begin to cleanse and clear open and restore the third eye chakra as it's spinning this ball of bright indigo light right in the center of your forehead behind the forehead it's filling up and as the light is filling up it's dislodging any blockages it's opening and allowing anything to balance consistently and it's ensuring that the chakra is moving in the right direction and at the perfect speed for you watching the sensation of it filling up and when it is cleansed and cleared open and allowed it gently the ray of light gently overflows goes down down down through the rest of your head and into your neck and into your throat into your throat chakra the throat chakra is located in the center of the neck and it's a beautiful light blue seeing this beautiful ball of blue light also about the size of a golf ball it's gently spinning and as the golden light ripples downwards you are filling up up your throat chakra with beautiful universal love and light energy it cleanses and clears any blockages anything out of balance in order to work for your highest good or better feel the sensation of the energy flowing into your throat cleansing and clearing opening allowing it's so loving and gentle a gentle warm bathing of light gently fills up this energetic ball cleansing and clearing dislodging any blockages until the light is full up in your throat and then again the ball the pool of energetic light it overflows it's going to flow down downwards into your sternum into your heart chakra right in the center of your chest and the heart chakra is a beautiful green a vivid green color you can imagine the heart chakra being a little bigger maybe the size of a grapefruit it's right in the center of your sternum and you actually feel it both the front and the back because all of the chakra system are at the front and the back of your body feeling that lovely ray of universal light going through and entering into your heart chakra so loving and supportive and it gently begins to cleanse and clear open and allow your balance or rebalance the energy of your heart chakra you feel this lovely ball of light spinning each chakra spins in the opposite direction to the last so some of you that have can feel that will be able to feel the direction of travel to be different than in the throat of the previous chakra you might feel it getting warmer as we're focusing our attention there but it's cleansing and clearing and the heart chakra is filling up up up with beautiful universal light cleansing clearing opening allowing your heart is glowing a really vivid green radiating green across the whole of your chest into your shoulders down across your ribcage it's a really big ball of beautiful green light just keep breathing through this process you're doing great and this is the halfway point for this practice today you're filling up cleansing clearing activating and energizing the heart space clearing any barkages balancing restoring fully when you feel the energetic refill is nearly complete imagine that golden light gently overflowing across the side of the chakra and then going downwards to just above your belly button into the solar plexus chakra the solar plexus chakra is above the belly button and again it is right in the center of your body so you can feel it at the front and at the back and again if you notice that any are harder to visualize this could be because they're a little bit under resourced or out of balance the solar plexus is a beautiful yellow and it again quite large i imagine it to be slightly smaller than the heart chakra but still a reasonable size about the size of their orange but it's yellow and we're cleansing clearing opening allowing this beautiful universal light flowing into your head down your neck down your chest and then into towards your belly cleansing clearing opening allowing that lovely ball of yellow light is gently spinning and if it has been spinning too fast or too slowly we're restoring order and filling it up so it is the most bright and the most vivid and as where the light is filling it up we're cleansing clearing any dark bits anything that needs to be released released back to source filling up the yellows on the plexus until that is working in perfect harmony and as you feel it filling up with universal energy it slowly starts to overflow and again the light the ray of light is flowing down below the belly button into your sacral chakra the sacral chakra is below the navel again it's quite sits quite deep within and it's a beautiful orange color you can imagine it to be about the size and color of an orange it's beautiful and orange and radiant and now it's filling up with this universal light cleansing clearing opening allowing activating and energizing for your highest good or better noticing if anything needs to be cleansed and cleared and see the light permeating through and filling up the cup of the sacral chakra gradually this beautiful ball of spinning orange light until it's lovely and full and again notice when it is full and it begins to overflow downwards towards the base of the spine about where the tailbone is located deep within into the root chakra the root chakra is a vivid red a lovely deep red and again it's quite large it can be the size of an orange but it is red and it's feeling that lovely golden light of universal energy flowing in to your root chakra cleansing clearing opening allowing feeling that warmth that movement in your tailbone region seeing the vivid red as we fill up the energetic cup of each chakra you might feel the color glowing more vivid and glowing beyond your physical body space out into the auric field allow whatever comes through it's perfect at this time filling up that beautiful red chakra with loving golden warmth and light cleansing clearing opening allowing restoring full working order and when you feel that that chakra is now full up let the light overflow and it's going to flow down out of the soles of your feet and bed deep down into the earth deep deep down so the flow of energy is flowing downwards from above your crown through every chakra in turn and then reaching down down down into the earth and connecting deep into the earth and we can actually plug that in right into the earth's core if there's any bits of blockages any little bits of black or anything that needs to be released you can imagine it's just flowing down this channel through the center line of the body down down down all the way through past your feet and down we're transmuting it back to earth that source energy and as we sit here with all of your chakra system fully cleansed and cleared and energized we can feel yourself as a ray of light a ray of full spectrum light like a rainbow like when light goes through a prism this is your light body and you can feel yourself radiating outwards and feeling your light body expanding filling your whole area the region around your physical body and beyond your physical body with a full spectrum rainbow light of your energetic body with every breath you can imagine it getting bigger and stronger and more vivid and allowing yourself to take up more space allowing the energetic field to expand and feel that all those beautiful colors radiate outwards above in front and behind the left and the right above and below radiating outwards filling your whole room with your own light your own inner light just take a moment of joy feeling that lovely balance feeling yourself your true self beyond just your physical body your full energetic self radiant powerful cleansed and cleared fully activated and energized I'll give you a moment to enjoy that radiance now and when you're ready to complete this practice we can return back up to the soul star chakra above the head and seeing that beautiful ball of golden light we can see that ray of light that's coming down to your crown it gently ceases and then seeing like a flow flowing down down down through chakra down through your body then out through your feet and down into the ground and taking a couple of lovely nourishing breaths feeling open and restored and fully energized to go about your day safe in the knowledge that any time you feel out of balance out of alignment and undernourished energetically you can return back to this practice it is yours anytime taking one more breath in for the nose and releasing out for the mouth for a sigh then coming back into the physical body moving your fingers and toes taking a deep stretch and when you're ready gently opening your eyes back in the room thank you for
