Hi everyone,

This meditation will be 5 minutes.

This is to jump start your day or go to sleep.

It's simply to find gratefulness within and around everything.

So I want to invite you to begin this practice to simply take 3 deep breaths on your own.

Connecting really deeply to the breath and feeling each and every sensations attached to it.

Feeling the colder air coming up your nostrils as you're inhaling and the warmer air coming out as you're exhaling.

Tuning into your posture,

Making any small adjustment,

Making sure that you're comfortable.

And when you're ready,

Whatever posture you chose,

Wherever you are in this world,

Just bring your hands to your heart.

One hand on top of the other and try to find your own heartbeat.

Try to really start listening for a couple of seconds to your own heartbeat.

Connecting to the breath,

Connecting to the sensations of the breath and feeling your own heartbeats.

Connecting to the own rhythm of your own heart.

Remembering in this moment that without this heartbeat you wouldn't be here in this moment.

So we're deeply,

Deeply honoring the heart right now.

Thanking the heart for each and every heartbeat,

For each and every second that it allowed us to be present on this planet all the way up to now.

And starting to feel,

Starting to feel the essence within your own heart,

This essence of deep unconditional love.

Forgetting,

Forgetting the outside world,

Forgetting anything that happened earlier today,

Anything that will happen later this week,

This month.

It's not about that.

In this moment it's about you listening to your own heart.

Feeling,

We're not bypassing anything,

We're feeling any emotions that are arising.

Maybe it's joy,

Maybe it's sadness.

Maybe it's a deep feeling of compassion for the world,

For you,

For everything that's happening right now.

Maybe it's just a trauma that you went through.

Whatever it is,

Just be here for your own heart.

Let it express itself,

Feel what you feel,

Knowing that underlying all of those emotions,

This deep source of unconditional love is here.

Ready for you to surrender the layers,

To come back to that essence,

To come back to your true self,

To who you really are,

Who you really meant to be in this lifetime before all of those experiences happen,

Before all of those fears of being hurt,

Before all of those heartbreaks,

Before all of this.

The truth behind it all is that essence.

So we're feeling those emotions,

Preparing ourselves to let them all go.

As the essence behind it all is slowly growing within us,

Allowing us to be a little closer to your own heart,

To your own self.

Feeling this essence in your own heart to grow a little more.

Maybe even allowing you to feel deep compassion,

Deep compassion for you,

For yourself in this moment and for all of the beings going through their own feelings.

Deep compassion for the planet,

Deep compassion for the animals,

For all of the beings around us.

Connecting to your own heart also means connecting to the heart of the collective.

Connecting to your own heart also means deeply honoring all that's around us,

All that is visible and all that isn't.

All the powers above and all the powers below.

Keep spreading that heart,

Keep spreading this heart energy.
