Hello and welcome.
This is Sarabasha for your guided meditation.
Make yourself comfortable.
Take a seat or lay down and let us quiet the mind,
The anxieties.
Let us tap in.
Connect to this stillness within,
The space between earth and sky,
The space of intuition.
We will begin with three deep breaths.
Three,
This magical number that indicates to our subconscious,
Our higher self,
Source,
That we are willing and open to receive.
On the first breath I want you to simply breathe in and out.
Ready?
Breathe in and release.
That was easy right now.
On the second breath I want you to put a little bit more intention and attention and make your breath more gentle and slow both on the inhale and the exhale.
Ready?
Breathe in,
Nice and slow and release.
Release.
On the third and final breath I want you to do the same.
Nice and gentle inhale but I want you to bring this breath from the ground,
The earth below you,
Bringing it up to your heart or the third eye,
The space between your eyebrows,
And to hold it for a beat or two and then very gently releasing.
Ready?
Breathe in,
Filling yourself up with this breath of light and love,
Bringing it up,
Probably up,
Holding it and gentle release.
You are unlocking the key opening yourself up in the here and now.
Now let your breath just settle naturally,
Let it do what it needs to do and simply notice.
Notice this breath going in and out,
Your chest moving up and down.
And if ever you get distracted by physical sensations or thoughts,
Simply use that breath as your anchor,
Breathing in intention of mindfulness and releasing anchoring into here and now.
There is nowhere else you're supposed to be,
Nothing else you're supposed to do,
But simply breathe.
Now with your mind's eye I invite you to notice the place where you feel held.
Perhaps this is the part of your body that touches the ground,
Perhaps this is another part of your body.
Wherever it is,
Get curious,
How do you know that you feel held?
Is there a sensation,
A heat,
Perhaps an image that comes to mind?
What does feeling held feel like?
So and now take one full gentle breath in and release.
Memorizing this feeling.
And now with your mind's eye let us explore your heart,
Connect to this place.
You can,
If you want,
Place your left hand on your heart and your right hand above it,
This left hand of intuition.
Simply with your mind's eye and feel your heart beat.
Perhaps it's beating hard or softly,
Fast or slow.
Again just notice.
And now I invite you to ask your heart what it needs in this moment.
You can say the questions I'm going to share with you in a moment,
Out loud or in your mind.
You can say them once or repeat them.
Dear heart,
What do you need right now?
Sweetheart,
What are you longing for?
What are you longing for?
And let yourself receive the answer.
Perhaps it comes by way of sensation,
Emotion,
Noticing a sound or a twinkle in your eye.
Don't let your mind second guess yourself.
It tends to be very good at doing this,
At thinking that you've planted the seed of the answer.
But I invite you to trust it.
Trust me,
Trust this intuition.
And if you don't get a message that's fine too.
You are connecting with your heart.
This is a precious gift.
Dear heart,
What do you need right now?
What do you need right now?
Sweetheart,
What are you longing for?
And when you receive your answer,
I want you again to take one full deep breath in to anchor this knowing within your heart and within every cell of your body.
Ready?
Breathe in.
And release.
Anchoring this knowing into this moment.
And now bowing your head towards your heart in sign of gratitude for this connection and this message received.
And when you are ready,
You can gently lift your head,
Release your arms,
Twinkle your fingers and toes,
And ever so gently open your eyes.
Thank you for taking this time to connect.
Thank you for trusting me and trusting your beautiful heart.
May you continue on to your day and evening with this deep breath.
And now,
I want you to continue on to your day and evening with this deep sense that the answers truly are within you.
Blessings and namaste.
