Hello everyone,
Welcome back for another guided meditation.
Today we are going to be meditating to connect with our internal wisdom.
But first,
Let's settle in.
If you are sitting cross-legged,
Make sure you are sitting on something so that your hips are elevated and your knees are pointing slightly downwards.
This will prevent any pain or discomfort during the meditation.
If you are sitting in a chair,
Make sure that your feet are planted firmly on the ground.
And ensure that your back is straight,
Although not too stiff.
Now take three deep breaths,
Slowing the out-breath right down.
Use the out-breath to relax and let go of any tensions.
Relax your entire body,
Relax your face,
Relax your forehead,
Relax your jaw and relax your tongue.
Let your entire body sink into a deep relaxation.
If your mind feels busy and distracted,
Just continue to focus on the breath.
It is perfectly normal to have thoughts come up during meditation and it is a perfect opportunity to bring our attention back to the breath.

Now imagine yourself in the most comfortable place in the entire world.
It is completely up to you where it is.
Perhaps you are sitting by a fire or you are in a soft bed filled with pillows.
Or perhaps you are somewhere by the water or in a cabin in the mountains.
Whatever feels most comfortable,
Be there.
Nothing can disturb you in this place.
You feel completely at peace.
Now imagine that somebody knocks on the door.
And you get up to go answer.
When you open the door,
You see somebody you know is waiting.
It is an old friend you have known for a very long time.
This person is very wise.
They are very strong.
And they are incredibly compassionate and loving.
They have come here for you.
You invite them in and you both sit down together.
Try and imagine this person and get a clear image in your head by using your imagination.
Being in this person's presence feels warm.
It feels very safe.
You feel completely at ease around this person.
Any fear,
Worry or anxiety completely disappears when you are in their presence.
You know that everything is good and all is well.
This wise friend of yours loves you very much.
They care about you.
They care about your well-being and your happiness.
Your friend has come here today to be with you because they have some wisdom and some truth to share.
As you sit before one another,
They take your hand and say to you,
My darling,
You are going to receive everything that you want in life.
It is all going to happen for you.
Although it can only happen in perfect timing.
You won't receive it a day too early or a day too late.
Trust in the knowing that it is all coming your way.
Although it is very important that you relax and that you enjoy your journey.
Don't miss out on the subtle,
Beautiful moments that life has to offer.
Because you are waiting for something else.
Something bigger.
Everything already lies within these subtle moments.
Day to day,
Moment to moment.
You and your friend embrace in a big hug.
And they leave.
You sit comfortably contemplating the words that they have just offered you.
You are feeling completely at ease with no more anxiety about what the future holds.
You trust in the journey,
Knowing that you are supported and that you will receive everything in perfect timing.
Remember this wise,
Strong love that you have for your loved ones.
Remember this wise,
Strong,
Loving friend of yours is always within you.
Feel this presence.
And know that everything will unfold exactly as it should.
And that there is never a moment where you are not supported.
Know that you always have the opportunity to turn within and tune into this loving,
Strong,
Wise presence that is always residing within you.
