Hello and welcome back for another guided meditation.
Today I will be guiding you through a process that will better connect you with your true nature within.
Fierce,
Wild,
Weird,
However you want to grow,
However best suits your own unique evolution as a human being.
But first,
Let's settle in.
Please sit comfortably with your back nice and straight but not too stiff.
If you are sitting cross-legged,
Be sure to sit on something so that your hips are slightly elevated and your knees are pointing downwards.
This will prevent any discomfort or pain during the meditation.
If you are sitting in a chair,
Make sure that your feet are planted firmly on the ground.
Within our bodies is a framework for meditation,
So we want to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible,
Yet still remaining alert.
Now let's take some deep cleansing breaths.
Breathe in and slow your exhale right down.
This will calm the nervous system and allow your body to relax.
Use your exhale to release and let go of any tensions.
Gently lift your hips while oil is added towards your pelvis.
Give yourself permission to sink deep into a state of relaxation.
Whether you're at the beginning of your day or at the end,
This time is for you.
You are deserving of this relaxation time.
Really,
This whole process of quite deep stare is one of theμ΄οΏ½ If thoughts come up,
Just know that this is perfectly normal and perfectly alright.
Each time your mind becomes distracted,
Just gently redirect your focus back to the breath.
Thank you for taking the time to watch this up to a point where it will become tΔ
le difficult,
Now that you are relaxed,
Contemplate on my words.
I want you to think about the moment you last spent time in nature.
Whether it be the jungle or the forest,
Perhaps you were on a bush walk or by a river.
What did it look like?
Perhaps hundreds or even thousands of species of plants.
Everything growing however it wants to grow.
Mother nature intends things to grow wild and free,
With vines growing up trees,
Leaves of all different shapes and sizes falling onto the ground.
Moss and mushrooms growing off trees.
The nature you were surrounded by wasn't following specific orders or a rigid structure.
Yet it's all perfectly timed,
Following individual hibernation and blooming cycles.
Nature will grow wherever it wants to grow,
But not selfishly.
It grows in all directions,
Yet it is supporting everything that surrounds it.
We are all humans too,
Our nature,
Although we've decided to build things in a different way.
We like straight rigid lines,
We like symmetrical architecture,
And we like colour coordination.
We build our world so that it looks pretty,
Easy on the eye,
And aesthetically appealing.
And in the same way we want our buildings to be structured and controlled.
We have built expectations for people to grow in the same rigid way.
We are now subconsciously programmed to be attracted to certain personality traits or professions or body shapes or skin colour.
Although there is one big misunderstanding when we are trying to fit into somebody's expectations,
We are no longer growing,
Blooming,
Blossoming as nature intended us to.
We are cutting ourselves off from the natural progression of life and instead living an adapted,
Neutralised version of ourselves in order to fit in,
To wear a mask.
We wear the mask to feel accepted.
This was one of my favourite stick-on-box lifts I have ever seen.
I felt I was building up a cosy world of myself.
How would it feel to take off the mask?
The mask that you have been asked to wear?
The mask that has you behave,
Look,
Talk and dress in a certain manner?
Society may have asked you to wear this mask,
Although you have a choice whether you put it on or not.
Be afraid to be messy and chaotic,
Unpredictable,
Wild and free.
If this is what nature intends you to be,
Then be it.
Be yourself.
Be in your messiness.
Say no to rigidness and straight lines.
Be free.
You are so beautiful when you are yourself.
You are your own nature,
Perfectly unique,
Growing wild,
Weird,
Fierce and free.
When you are beautiful.
Beautiful like the vines twisting and growing.
Beautiful like the birds singing and dancing.
Beautiful like the river gushing and flowing.
Beautiful like the trees soaking up the hot sun.
This is your permission slip to be as nature intended you to be,
Not what was taught by humans who have to veer away from their true nature within.
Live in harmony with your inner nature.
You are so perfect when you are the fullest expression of your own unique self.
Namaste.
Have a wonderful day everyone.
