Hello everybody.
Welcome to your guided meditation for self-love and self-acceptance.
This is the time where we will leave any worries or anxieties behind as we find some stillness within.
Let's start by sitting comfortably in an upright position.
It's best to keep your spine as straight as possible.
If you'd prefer,
Lie down on your bed.
If you are seated in a chair,
Make sure your feet are uncrossed and are firmly planted on the ground.
Now close your eyes to start the journey within.
We want to become entirely still.
The only thing that should be moving is the breath in and out.
Start to focus on your breath.
Focus on the cool air coming in through your nostrils and the warm air moving out of the nostrils.
The air you breathe in is full of light and positivity.
The air you breathe out is hot and full of any tensions.
Let your tensions flow out of the body.
Give your mind the opportunity to slow down.
Give your body the chance to rest.
If thoughts come up,
Do not worry.
This is perfectly normal.
Just gently redirect your focus back to the breath.
And out.
You are exactly where you need to be in this very moment.
This moment is perfect.
Keep focusing on your breath.
But let it move in and out of you naturally.
Do not try to control it.
Do not try to manipulate it.
Keep moving.

A time where you really needed a hug.
Maybe it was in a recent time,
Or maybe you were very little.
In this moment you were scared,
Or sad,
Or maybe you felt alone.
What did you need in this moment?
What would have made the pain go away in this moment?
Maybe you needed a hug.
Maybe you needed someone to hold your hand.
Maybe you needed someone to tell you that everything is going to be okay.
Now imagine you can go back to this moment.
Imagine you can give yourself a hug.
Imagine you can show yourself some love.
Tell yourself that everything is going to be okay.
And that everything will work out the way it should.
Now imagine you can go back to this moment.
Imagine you can give yourself a hug.
I know it hurts.
I know the pain tears you up inside.
But your pain can heal the world through compassion,
Through kindness,
Through love.
How can you offer yourself more love in the present moment?
Train times of distress or despair throughout your day.
Ask yourself what is the most loving thing I can do for myself in this moment.
Now breathe.
Know that everything is going to be okay.
You were loved.
You were supported.
You were nurtured.

Stand up and get up and receive love.
