Welcome to this visualization for gratitude.
So we will find a comfortable seat.
Taking a moment to root through the sit bones or the feet,
Letting the hands rest on the thighs,
Shoulders roll down the back.
Rooting through the sit bones growing tall through the spine,
The back of the neck.
Gently place the tip of the tongue to the roof of the mouth relaxing the jaw.
And just allow the breath to be easy.
Noticing this best friend that's always with us.
No need to change it or redirect it.
Just noticing the way that it washes in and washes out.
And so for this practice of gratitude,
We will envision someone in front of us who is easy to love.
Someone that just lights up our heart when we think of them.
They represent support.
They represent kindness and safety.
And imagine them sitting in front of you,
Looking into their eyes.
You see that little sparkle in their eyes,
The smile on their face.
And you emanate out this love that you have for them.
You watch their faces,
This love touches their heart and they know and you know that you are deeply connected on a soul level.
And seeing them light up with your love,
Feel that resonate back at you.
Maybe it just puts a smile on your face.
Maybe you can hear their laugh.
Placing both hands on the heart.
Just this sense of love and gratitude for this person in your life.
This grounding,
Easy force of safety,
Stability,
Kindness and love.
May this feeling of gratitude ripple throughout the rest of your day.
