The pineal gland,
Once activated,
Helps us to do mainly two things.

It allows us to see into other dimensions of existence.
And secondly,
It helps us imagine,
Visualize,
And then create the desired outcome.
The Egyptians utilized the power of their third eye to manifest a magical life for themselves.
You can see the evidence of such magic in the pyramids,
The temples,
And their art.
Before we begin the practice,
Take a moment to bring to your mind or write down your intention.
What do you wish to manifest?
If you want,
You can pause the audio here to focus on your intention.
And now allow yourself to get into a comfortable posture.
Just make sure that your back is straight,
But relaxed at the same time.
I would also request you to close your eyes for this practice.
Let's begin by relaxing the body.
First,
Bring your awareness to your head and relax your head,
Your face muscles,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands.
Relax your chest,
Belly,
Upper back,
Lower back.
Relax your pelvis,
Your hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
And relax your feet.
Now bring your awareness to the point right at the center of your forehead.
There is a ball of energy there that is indigo in color.
Feel the sensation of this energy right between your eyebrows.
This is your third eye chakra.
And now breathe in and out of your third eye chakra.
As you breathe in,
Channel your breath to the center of your forehead.
And as you do that,
Feel the energy moving.
Take a few more breaths through your third eye.
And now bring to your mind your intention.
What is that outcome?
What is that situation that you wish to manifest?
In your mind's eye,
Visualize that situation as if you have already manifested what you wish to manifest.
And you are experiencing it right now.
Look around you.
Where are you?
What are your surroundings like?
Notice all the colors.
Make this situation really colorful and vivid.
Notice who all is there in this situation with you.
Bring in other senses.
Listen to the sounds in this situation.
Feel any sense of touch in your body that is there in this situation.
Allow yourself to fully live this outcome.
And now gradually you can allow yourself to come back to feel your body.
Take a breath.
And then slowly in your own time,
You can come out of this practice.
